יָדִ֣ין SDBH May he judge עַמְּךָ֣ SDBH Your people בְצֶ֑דֶק SDBH with righteousness וַעֲנִיֶּ֥יךָ SDBH and Your afflicted בְמִשְׁפָּֽט׃ SDBH with justice
He shall judge Thy people with tzedek, and Thy poor with mishpat.
3
יִשְׂא֤וּ SDBH bring הָרִ֓ים SDBH May the mountains שָׁ֘ל֥וֹם SDBH peace לָעָ֑ם SDBH to the people וּ֝גְבָע֗וֹת SDBH and the hills בִּצְדָקָֽה׃ SDBH [bring] righteousness
The harim (mountains) shall bear shalom to the people, and geva'ot (hills) in tzedakah.
4
יִשְׁפֹּ֤ט׀ SDBH May he vindicate עֲ‍ֽנִיֵּי־ SDBH the afflicted עָ֗ם SDBH among the people י֭וֹשִׁיעַ SDBH may he save לִבְנֵ֣י SDBH the children אֶבְי֑וֹן SDBH of the needy וִֽידַכֵּ֣א SDBH and crush עוֹשֵֽׁק׃ SDBH the oppressor
He shall judge the poor of the people; yoshia (He shall save) the bnei evyon (children of the needy), and shall break in pieces the oppressor.

יִֽירָא֥וּךָ SDBH May they fear him עִם־ as long as שָׁ֑מֶשׁ SDBH the sun [shines] וְלִפְנֵ֥י as long as יָ֝רֵ֗חַ SDBH the moon [remains] דּ֣וֹר SDBH through all דּוֹרִֽים׃ SDBH generations
They shall fear Thee as long as the shemesh and yarei'ach endure, dor dorim (throughout all generations).

יֵ֭רֵד SDBH that falls כְּמָטָ֣ר SDBH May he be like rain עַל־ on גֵּ֑ז SDBH freshly cut grass כִּ֝רְבִיבִ֗ים SDBH like spring showers זַרְזִ֥יף SDBH that water אָֽרֶץ׃ SDBH the earth
He shall come down like matar (rain) upon the mown field, as showers watering eretz.
7
יִֽפְרַח־ SDBH flourish בְּיָמָ֥יו SDBH in his days צַדִּ֑יק SDBH May the righteous וְרֹ֥ב abound שָׁ֝ל֗וֹם SDBH and prosperity עַד־ SDBH until בְּלִ֥י SDBH is no more יָרֵֽחַ׃ SDBH the moon
In his yamim shall the tzaddik flourish; and abundance of shalom so long as the yarei'ach endureth.
8
He [Moshiach Ben Dovid] shall have dominion also from yam to yam, and from nahar (river) unto the afsei eretz (the ends of the earth).
They that dwell in the desert shall bow before him; and his oyevim (enemies) shall lick the aphar (dust).
The melachim of Tarshish and of the iyim (islands) shall bring minchah (tribute); the melachim of Sheva and Seva shall offer gifts.
Kol melachim shall fall down before him [Moshiach]; kol Goyim shall serve him.

כִּֽי־ For יַ֭צִּיל SDBH he will deliver אֶבְי֣וֹן SDBH the needy מְשַׁוֵּ֑עַ SDBH who cry out וְ֝עָנִ֗י SDBH and the afflicted וְֽאֵין־ SDBH who have no עֹזֵ֥ר SDBH helper לֽוֹ׃
For he shall deliver the evyon (needy) when he crieth; the oni (poor, afflicted) also, and him that hath no ozer (helper).
He shall pity the weak and evyon (needy), and yoshi'a (he shall save) the nefashot of the evyonim (needy).

מִתּ֣וֹךְ SDBH from oppression וּ֭מֵחָמָס SDBH and violence יִגְאַ֣ל SDBH He will redeem נַפְשָׁ֑ם SDBH them וְיֵיקַ֖ר SDBH is precious דָּמָ֣ם SDBH for their blood בְּעֵינָֽיו׃ SDBH in his sight
He shall be the Go'el Redeemer of their nefesh from deceit and chamas; and precious shall their dahm be in his sight.
And he shall live, and to him shall be given of the zahav of Sheva; and prayer shall be for him continually; and daily shall a bracha be made on him.
16
יְהִ֤י May there be פִסַּת־ SDBH an abundance בַּ֨ר׀ SDBH of grain בָּאָרֶץ֮ SDBH in the land בְּרֹ֪אשׁ SDBH atop הָ֫רִ֥ים SDBH the hills יִרְעַ֣שׁ SDBH may it sway כַּלְּבָנ֣וֹן SDBH like [the forests of] Lebanon פִּרְי֑וֹ SDBH May its fruit trees וְיָצִ֥יצוּ SDBH flourish מֵ֝עִ֗יר SDBH [the people] of its cities כְּעֵ֣שֶׂב SDBH like the grass הָאָֽרֶץ׃ SDBH of the field
There shall be an abundance of grain on ha'aretz upon the top of the harim (mountains); the fruit thereof shall shake [in the trees like in] Levanon; and they of the city shall flourish like esev ha'aretz.
17
יְהִ֤י endure שְׁמ֨וֹ SDBH May his name לְֽעוֹלָ֗ם SDBH forever לִפְנֵי־ as שֶׁמֶשׁ֮ SDBH long as the sun [shines] יָנִין SDBH continue שְׁ֫מ֥וֹ SDBH may his name וְיִתְבָּ֥רְכוּ SDBH be blessed ב֑וֹ In him כָּל־ may all גּוֹיִ֥ם SDBH nations יְאַשְּׁרֽוּהוּ׃ SDBH may they call him blessed
Shmo (His Name) shall endure l'olam; Shmo shall be continued as long as the shemesh; and men shall be blessed in him; kol Goyim shall call him blessed.
Baruch Hashem Elohim, Elohei Yisroel, who only doeth nifla'ot (wondrous things).
And baruch Shem kevodo l'olam (and blessed be His Glorious Name forever); and let the whole earth be filled with His glory. Omein, and Omein.
