And will make an offering by eish unto Hashem, an olah or a zevach in performing a neder, or in a nedvah or in your mo'adim, to make a re'ach nichoach unto Hashem, of the herd or of the flock;

וְהִקְרִ֛יב SDBH then the one presenting הַמַּקְרִ֥יב SDBH shall also present קָרְבָּנ֖וֹ SDBH his offering לַֽיהוָ֑ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi מִנְחָה֙ SDBH a grain offering סֹ֣לֶת SDBH of fine flour עִשָּׂר֔וֹן SDBH of a tenth of an ephah בָּל֕וּל SDBH mixed בִּרְבִעִ֥ית SDBH with a quarter הַהִ֖ין SDBH hin שָֽׁמֶן׃ SDBH of olive oil
Then shall he that offereth his korban unto Hashem bring a minchah of a tenth ephah of flour mixed with the fourth part of a hin of shemen.
And the fourth part of a hin of yayin for a nesekh shalt thou prepare with the olah (burnt offering) or zevach, for one keves (lamb).

א֤וֹ SDBH - לָאַ֙יִל֙ SDBH With a ram תַּעֲשֶׂ֣ה SDBH you are to prepare מִנְחָ֔ה SDBH a grain offering סֹ֖לֶת SDBH of fine flour שְׁנֵ֣י SDBH of two-tenths [of an ephah] עֶשְׂרֹנִ֑ים SDBH . . . בְּלוּלָ֥ה SDBH mixed בַשֶּׁ֖מֶן SDBH of olive oil שְׁלִשִׁ֥ית SDBH with a third הַהִֽין׃ SDBH of a hin
Or for a ram, thou shalt prepare for a minchah twotenths ephah of flour mixed with the third part of a hin of shemen.
And for a nesekh thou shalt offer the third part of an hin of yayin, for a re'ach nichoach unto Hashem.

וְכִֽי־ When תַעֲשֶׂ֥ה SDBH you prepare בֶן־ SDBH a young בָּקָ֖ר SDBH bull עֹלָ֣ה SDBH as a burnt offering אוֹ־ SDBH or זָ֑בַח SDBH sacrifice לְפַלֵּא־ SDBH to fulfill נֶ֥דֶר SDBH a vow אֽוֹ־ SDBH or שְׁלָמִ֖ים SDBH as a peace offering לַֽיהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi
And when thou preparest a bull for an olah (burnt offering), or for a zevach in fulfilling a vow, or shelamim unto Hashem:
Then shall he bring with a bull a minchah of three-tenths ephah of flour mixed with half a hin of shemen.
10
וְיַ֛יִן SDBH of wine תַּקְרִ֥יב SDBH Also present לַנֶּ֖סֶךְ SDBH as a drink offering חֲצִ֣י SDBH half הַהִ֑ין SDBH a hin אִשֵּׁ֥ה SDBH It is a food offering רֵֽיחַ־ SDBH aroma נִיחֹ֖חַ SDBH a pleasing לַיהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi
And thou shalt bring for a nesekh half a hin of yayin, for an offering made by eish, a re'ach nichoach unto Hashem.
Thus shall it be done for one bull, or for one ram, or for a seh from the lambs, or from the goats.
According to the number that ye shall prepare, so shall ye do to every one according to their mispar.
13
כָּל־ Everyone הָאֶזְרָ֥ח SDBH who is native-born יַעֲשֶׂה־ SDBH shall prepare כָּ֖כָה SDBH things in this way אֶת־ SDBH - אֵ֑לֶּה SDBH these לְהַקְרִ֛יב SDBH when he presents אִשֵּׁ֥ה SDBH a food offering רֵֽיחַ־ SDBH aroma נִיחֹ֖חַ SDBH as a pleasing לַֽיהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi
All that are native-born shall do these things after this manner, in offering an offering made by eish, of a re'ach nichoach unto Hashem.
And if a ger stays temporarily with you, or whosoever be among you in your derot, and will offer an offering made by eish, of a re'ach nichoach unto Hashem; as ye do, so he shall do.
15
הַקָּהָ֕ל SDBH The assembly חֻקָּ֥ה SDBH statute אַחַ֛ת SDBH is to have the same לָכֶ֖ם both for you וְלַגֵּ֣ר SDBH and for the foreign resident הַגָּ֑ר SDBH . . . חֻקַּ֤ת SDBH statute עוֹלָם֙ SDBH it is a permanent לְדֹרֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם SDBH for the generations to come כָּכֶ֛ם כַּגֵּ֥ר SDBH You and the foreigner יִהְיֶ֖ה shall be לִפְנֵ֥י the same before יְהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi
One chukkah shall be both for you of the Kahal, and also for the ger that sojourneth with you, a chukkat olam in your derot; as ye are, so shall the ger be before Hashem.
16
תּוֹרָ֥ה SDBH law אַחַ֛ת SDBH The same וּמִשְׁפָּ֥ט SDBH ordinance אֶחָ֖ד SDBH and the same יִהְיֶ֣ה will apply לָכֶ֑ם both to you וְלַגֵּ֖ר SDBH and to the foreigner הַגָּ֥ר SDBH residing אִתְּכֶֽם׃פ SDBH with you
One torah and one mishpat shall be for you, and for the ger that sojourneth with you.
And Hashem spoke unto Moshe, saying,
Speak unto the Bnei Yisroel, and say unto them, When ye come into HaAretz whither I bring you,
Then it shall be, that, when ye eat of the lechem HaAretz, ye shall offer up a terumah unto Hashem.
20
רֵאשִׁית֙ SDBH From the first עֲרִסֹ֣תֵכֶ֔ם SDBH of your dough חַלָּ֖ה SDBH up a cake תָּרִ֣ימוּ SDBH you are to lift תְרוּמָ֑ה SDBH as a contribution כִּתְרוּמַ֣ת SDBH an offering גֹּ֔רֶן SDBH from the threshing floor כֵּ֖ן SDBH just like תָּרִ֥ימוּ SDBH offer אֹתָֽהּ׃ SDBH it
Ye shall offer up a challah (loaf, cake) of the first of your kneading for a terumah; as ye do the terumat goren (gift of the threshing floor), so shall ye set it aside.
21
מֵרֵאשִׁית֙ SDBH from the first עֲרִסֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם SDBH of your dough תִּתְּנ֥וּ you are to give לַיהוָ֖ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi תְּרוּמָ֑ה SDBH an offering לְדֹרֹ֖תֵיכֶֽם׃ס SDBH Throughout your generations
Of the first of your kneading ye shall give unto Hashem a terumah in your derot.
And if ye have sinned unintentionally, and not observed all these mitzvot, which Hashem hath spoken unto Moshe,
23
Even all that Hashem hath commanded you by the hand of Moshe, from the day that Hashem commanded Moshe, and henceforward among your derot;
24
וְהָיָ֗ה - אִ֣ם SDBH and if מֵעֵינֵ֣י SDBH without the knowledge הָעֵדָה֮ SDBH of the congregation נֶעֶשְׂתָ֣ה SDBH it was done לִשְׁגָגָה֒ SDBH unintentionally וְעָשׂ֣וּ SDBH is to prepare כָל־ then the whole הָעֵדָ֡ה SDBH congregation פַּ֣ר SDBH young bull בֶּן־ SDBH . . . בָּקָר֩ SDBH . . . אֶחָ֨ד SDBH one לְעֹלָ֜ה SDBH as a burnt offering לְרֵ֤יחַ SDBH aroma נִיחֹ֙חַ֙ SDBH a pleasing לַֽיהוָ֔ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi וּמִנְחָת֥וֹ SDBH with its grain offering וְנִסְכּ֖וֹ SDBH and drink offering כַּמִּשְׁפָּ֑ט SDBH according to the regulation וּשְׂעִיר־ SDBH male goat עִזִּ֥ים SDBH . . . אֶחָ֖ד SDBH and one לְחַטָּֽת׃ SDBH as a sin offering
Then it shall be, if it be committed by ignorance without the knowledge of HaEdah, that Kol HaEdah shall offer one young bull for an olah, for a re'ach nichoach unto Hashem, with its minchah, and its nesekh, according to the mishpat, and one kid of the goats for a chattat.
25
וְכִפֶּ֣ר SDBH is to make atonement הַכֹּהֵ֗ן SDBH The priest עַֽל־ for כָּל־ the whole עֲדַ֛ת SDBH congregation בְּנֵ֥י SDBH . . . יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל SDBH of Israel וְנִסְלַ֣ח SDBH so that they may be forgiven לָהֶ֑ם כִּֽי־ for שְׁגָגָ֣ה SDBH was unintentional הִ֔וא SDBH [the sin] וְהֵם֩ SDBH and they הֵבִ֨יאוּ SDBH have brought אֶת־ SDBH - קָרְבָּנָ֜ם SDBH vvv אִשֶּׁ֣ה SDBH a food offering לַֽיהוָ֗ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi וְחַטָּאתָ֛ם SDBH and a sin offering לִפְנֵ֥י [presented] before יְהוָ֖ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi עַל־ for שִׁגְגָתָֽם׃ SDBH their unintentional sin
And the kohen shall make kapporah for Kol Adat Bnei Yisroel and it shall be forgiven them; for it is shegagah (inadvertence); and they shall bring their korban, a sacrifice made by eish unto Hashem, and their chattat before Hashem, for their shegagah;
26
וְנִסְלַ֗ח SDBH will be forgiven לְכָל־ Then the whole עֲדַת֙ SDBH congregation בְּנֵ֣י SDBH . . . יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל SDBH of Israel וְלַגֵּ֖ר SDBH and the foreigners הַגָּ֣ר SDBH residing בְּתוֹכָ֑ם SDBH among them כִּ֥י since לְכָל־ it happened to all הָעָ֖ם SDBH the people בִּשְׁגָגָֽה׃ס SDBH unintentionally
And it shall be forgiven Kol Adat Bnei Yisroel, and the ger that sojourneth among them; seeing Kol HaAm were in shegagah.
And if any nefesh sin through shegagah, then he shall bring a she-goat of the first year for a chattat.
28
וְכִפֶּ֣ר SDBH shall make atonement הַכֹּהֵ֗ן SDBH And the priest עַל־ on behalf of הַנֶּ֧פֶשׁ SDBH the person הַשֹּׁגֶ֛גֶת SDBH by sinning unintentionally בְּחֶטְאָ֥ה SDBH . . . בִשְׁגָגָ֖ה SDBH who erred לִפְנֵ֣י before יְהוָ֑ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi לְכַפֵּ֥ר SDBH and when atonement has been made עָלָ֖יו for him וְנִסְלַ֥ח SDBH he will be forgiven לֽוֹ׃
And the kohen shall make kapporah for the nefesh that was inadvertant, since he sinneth by shegagah before Hashem, to make kapporah for him; and it shall be forgiven him.
29
הָֽאֶזְרָח֙ SDBH whether he is a native-born בִּבְנֵ֣י SDBH Israelite יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל SDBH . . . וְלַגֵּ֖ר SDBH or a foreigner הַגָּ֣ר SDBH residing בְּתוֹכָ֑ם SDBH among you תּוֹרָ֤ה SDBH law אַחַת֙ SDBH the same יִהְיֶ֣ה shall have לָכֶ֔ם You לָעֹשֶׂ֖ה SDBH for the one who acts בִּשְׁגָגָֽה׃ SDBH in error
Ye shall have one torah for him that sinneth through ignorance, both for him that is born among the Bnei Yisroel, and for the ger that sojourneth among them.
But the nefesh that sinneth with a yad ramah (high hand, defiantly), whether he be born in the land, or a ger, the same blasphemes Hashem; and that nefesh shall be cut off from among his people.
31
כִּ֤י because דְבַר־ SDBH the word יְהוָה֙ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi בָּזָ֔ה SDBH he has despised וְאֶת־ SDBH and מִצְוָת֖וֹ SDBH His commandment הֵפַ֑ר SDBH broken הִכָּרֵ֧ת׀ SDBH shall certainly be cut off תִּכָּרֵ֛ת SDBH . . . הַנֶּ֥פֶשׁ SDBH He הַהִ֖וא SDBH . . . עֲוֺנָ֥ה SDBH his guilt [remains] בָֽהּ׃פ on him
Because he hath despised the Devar Hashem, and hath broken His mitzvah, that nefesh shall utterly be cut off; his avon shall be upon him.
And while the Bnei Yisroel were in the midbar, they found a man that gathered sticks on Shabbos.
And they that found him gathering sticks brought him unto Moshe and Aharon, and unto Kol HaEdah.
34
וַיַּנִּ֥יחוּ SDBH they placed אֹת֖וֹ SDBH him בַּמִּשְׁמָ֑ר SDBH in custody כִּ֚י and because לֹ֣א SDBH it had not been פֹרַ֔שׁ SDBH declared מַה־ SDBH what יֵּעָשֶׂ֖ה SDBH should be done לֽוֹ׃ס to him
And they put him under custody, because it was not declared what should be done to him.
And Hashem said unto Moshe, The man shall be surely put to death; Kol HaEdah shall stone him with avanim outside the machaneh.
And Kol HaEdah brought him outside the machaneh, and stoned him with avanim, and he died; as Hashem commanded Moshe.
And Hashem spoke unto Moshe, saying,

דַּבֵּ֞ר SDBH Speak אֶל־ to בְּנֵ֤י SDBH the Israelites יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ SDBH . . . וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ SDBH and tell them אֲלֵהֶ֔ם that וְעָשׂ֨וּ SDBH they are to make לָהֶ֥ם for themselves צִיצִ֛ת SDBH tassels עַל־ for כַּנְפֵ֥י SDBH the corners בִגְדֵיהֶ֖ם SDBH of their garments לְדֹרֹתָ֑ם SDBH throughout the generations to come וְנָֽתְנ֛וּ with עַל־ on צִיצִ֥ת SDBH each tassel הַכָּנָ֖ף SDBH . . . פְּתִ֥יל SDBH cord תְּכֵֽלֶת׃ SDBH a blue
Speak unto the Bnei Yisroel, and bid them that they make them tzitzis on the corners of their garments throughout their derot, and that they put upon the tzitzis of the corners a thread of turquoise wool;
39
וְהָיָ֣ה These will serve לָכֶם֮ לְצִיצִת֒ SDBH as tassels וּרְאִיתֶ֣ם SDBH for you to look at אֹת֗וֹ SDBH - וּזְכַרְתֶּם֙ SDBH so that you may remember אֶת־ SDBH - כָּל־ all מִצְוֺ֣ת SDBH the commandments יְהוָ֔ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi וַעֲשִׂיתֶ֖ם SDBH that you may obey אֹתָ֑ם SDBH them וְלֹֽא־ SDBH and not תָתֻ֜רוּ SDBH by following אַחֲרֵ֤י SDBH . . . לְבַבְכֶם֙ SDBH your own heart וְאַחֲרֵ֣י SDBH . . . עֵֽינֵיכֶ֔ם SDBH and your own eyes אֲשֶׁר־ SDBH - אַתֶּ֥ם SDBH - זֹנִ֖ים SDBH prostitute yourselves אַחֲרֵיהֶֽם׃ SDBH . . .
And it shall be unto you for a tzitzit, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the mitzvot Hashem, and do them; and that ye follow not after your own lev and your own eyes, after which ye used to go a-whoring:
That ye may remember, and do all My mitzvot, and be kadoshim unto Eloheichem.
I am Hashem Eloheichem, Who brought you out of Eretz Mitzrayim, to be for you Elohim: I am Hashem Eloheichem. [KORACH]
