Tehillim 108 — Hebrew–OJB Interlinear

שִׁ֖יר SDBH A song מִזְמ֣וֹר SDBH A Psalm לְדָוִֽד׃ SDBH of David נָכ֣וֹן SDBH is steadfast לִבִּ֣י SDBH My heart אֱלֹהִ֑ים SDBH O G-d אָשִׁ֥ירָה SDBH I will sing וַ֝אֲזַמְּרָ֗ה SDBH and make music אַף־ SDBH with כְּבוֹדִֽי׃ SDBH all my being

(Shir. Mizmor of Dovid) O Elohim, my lev is nachon; I will sing and make music, even with my kavod (glory, soul).

ע֭וּרָֽה SDBH Awake הַנֵּ֥בֶל SDBH O harp וְכִנּ֗וֹר SDBH and lyre אָעִ֥ירָה SDBH I will awaken שָּֽׁחַר׃ SDBH the dawn

Awake, nevel and kinnor; I will awaken the shachar (dawn).

אוֹדְךָ֖ SDBH I will praise You בָעַמִּ֥ים׀ SDBH among the nations יְהוָ֑ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi וַ֝אֲזַמֶּרְךָ֗ SDBH I will sing Your praises בַּל־ SDBH among אֻמִּֽים׃ SDBH the peoples

I will praise Thee, Hashem, among the peoples; and I will sing praises unto Thee among the nations.

כִּֽי־ For גָד֣וֹל SDBH extends מֵֽעַל־ beyond שָׁמַ֣יִם SDBH the heavens חַסְדֶּ֑ךָ SDBH Your loving devotion וְֽעַד־ SDBH reaches to שְׁחָקִ֥ים SDBH the clouds אֲמִתֶּֽךָ׃ SDBH and Your faithfulness

For Thy chesed is gadol above Shomayim; and Thy emes reacheth unto the clouds.

ר֣וּמָה SDBH Be exalted עַל־ above שָׁמַ֣יִם SDBH the heavens אֱלֹהִ֑ים SDBH O G-d וְעַ֖ל cover כָּל־ all הָאָ֣רֶץ SDBH the earth כְּבוֹדֶֽךָ׃ SDBH may Your glory

Be Thou exalted, Elohim, above Shomayim; and Thy kavod above kol ha'aretz;

לְ֭מַעַן that יֵחָלְצ֣וּן SDBH may be delivered יְדִידֶ֑יךָ SDBH Your beloved הוֹשִׁ֖יעָה SDBH and save us יְמִֽינְךָ֣ SDBH with Your right hand וַעֲנֵֽנִי׃ SDBH Respond

That Thy beloved may be delivered; hoshiah (save) with Thy Yamin, and answer me.

אֱלֹהִ֤ים׀ SDBH G-d דִּבֶּ֥ר SDBH has spoken בְּקָדְשׁ֗וֹ SDBH from His sanctuary אֶעְלֹ֥זָה SDBH I will triumph אֲחַלְּקָ֥ה SDBH I will parcel out שְׁכֶ֑ם SDBH Shechem וְעֵ֖מֶק SDBH the Valley סֻכּ֣וֹת SDBH of Succoth אֲמַדֵּֽד׃ SDBH and apportion

Elohim hath spoken in His Kodesh; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and measure out the Valley of Sukkot.

לִ֤י is Mine גִלְעָ֨ד׀ SDBH Gilead לִ֤י is Mine מְנַשֶּׁ֗ה SDBH [and] Manasseh וְ֭אֶפְרַיִם SDBH Ephraim מָע֣וֹז SDBH is My helmet רֹאשִׁ֑י SDBH . . . יְ֝הוּדָ֗ה SDBH Judah מְחֹקְקִֽי׃ SDBH [is] My scepter

Gil`ad is Mine; Menasheh is Mine; Ephrayim also is the maoz of Mine rosh; Yehudah is My mechokek (lawgiver);

מוֹאָ֤ב׀ SDBH Moab סִ֬יר SDBH is My washbasin רַחְצִ֗י SDBH . . . עַל־ upon אֱ֭דוֹם SDBH Edom אַשְׁלִ֣יךְ SDBH I toss נַעֲלִ֑י SDBH My sandal עֲלֵֽי־ over פְ֝לֶ֗שֶׁת SDBH Philistia אֶתְרוֹעָֽע׃ SDBH I shout in triumph

Moav is My washbasin; over Edom will I toss My na'al (sandal); over Philistia will I shout in triumph.

מִ֣י SDBH Who יֹ֭בִלֵנִי SDBH will bring me עִ֣יר SDBH city מִבְצָ֑ר SDBH to the fortified מִ֖י SDBH Who נָחַ֣נִי SDBH will lead me עַד־ SDBH to אֱדֽוֹם׃ SDBH Edom

Who will bring me into the fortified city? Who will lead me into Edom?

הֲלֹֽא־ SDBH Have You not אֱלֹהִ֥ים SDBH O G-d זְנַחְתָּ֑נוּ SDBH rejected us וְֽלֹא־ SDBH Will You no longer תֵצֵ֥א SDBH march out אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים SDBH O G-d בְּצִבְאֹתֵֽינוּ׃ SDBH with our armies

Wilt not Thou, Elohim, Who hast cast us off? And wilt not Thou, Elohim, go forth with our Tzivos?

הָֽבָה־ SDBH Give לָּ֣נוּ us עֶזְרָ֣ת SDBH aid מִצָּ֑ר SDBH against the enemy וְ֝שָׁ֗וְא SDBH is worthless תְּשׁוּעַ֥ת SDBH for the help אָדָֽם׃ SDBH of man

Give us help against the enemy; for vain is the teshuat adam (help of man).

בֵּֽאלֹהִ֥ים SDBH With G-d נַעֲשֶׂה־ SDBH we will perform חָ֑יִל SDBH with valor וְ֝ה֗וּא SDBH and He יָב֥וּס SDBH will trample צָרֵֽינוּ׃ SDBH our enemies

Through Elohim we shall do valiantly; for He it is that shall tread down our enemies.
