And Hashem spoke unto Moshe, saying,
Speak unto the Bnei Yisroel, and say unto them, When either ish or isha shall separate themselves to vow a neder of a Nazir, to separate themselves unto Hashem;
He shall separate himself from yayin and shekhar (fermented drink), and shall drink no chometz (vinegar) of yayin, or chometz of shekhar, neither shall he drink any grape juice, nor eat moist grapes, or dried (i.e., raisins).
Kol hayamim of his nazir (vow as a nazir) shall he eat nothing that is made of the gefen hayayin, from the seeds even to the grape-skins.

Kol hayamim of the neder of his nazir there shall no razor come upon his head; until hayamim be fulfilled, in the which he separateth himself unto Hashem, he shall be kadosh, and shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow.

כָּל־ Throughout יְמֵ֥י SDBH the days הַזִּיר֖וֹ SDBH of his separation לַיהוָ֑ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi עַל־ near נֶ֥פֶשׁ SDBH body מֵ֖ת SDBH a dead לֹ֥א SDBH he must not יָבֹֽא׃ SDBH go
Kol hayamei of his separation unto Hashem he shall go not near nefesh met (dead body).

לְאָבִ֣יו SDBH Even if his father וּלְאִמּ֗וֹ SDBH or mother לְאָחִיו֙ SDBH or brother וּלְאַ֣חֹת֔וֹ SDBH or sister לֹא־ SDBH he is not יִטַּמָּ֥א SDBH to defile himself לָהֶ֖ם בְּמֹתָ֑ם SDBH should die כִּ֛י because נֵ֥זֶר SDBH the symbol of consecration אֱלֹהָ֖יו SDBH to his G-d עַל־ is upon רֹאשֽׁוֹ׃ SDBH his head
He shall not make himself tameh for his av, or for his em, for his ach, or for his achot, when they die; because the Nezer Elohav (Consecration of his G-d) is upon his head.

כֹּ֖ל Throughout the time יְמֵ֣י SDBH . . . נִזְר֑וֹ SDBH of his separation קָדֹ֥שׁ SDBH is holy ה֖וּא SDBH he לַֽיהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi
Kol yemei of his nazir (separation) he is kadosh unto Hashem.
And if any man die very suddenly by him, and he hath made tameh the head of his nezer (consecration); then he shall shave his head in the yom of his tohorat, on the yom hashevi'i shall he shave it.
And on the yom hashemi'ni he shall bring two doves, or two young pigeons, to the kohen, to the entrance of the Ohel Mo'ed;

וְעָשָׂ֣ה SDBH is to offer הַכֹּהֵ֗ן SDBH And the priest אֶחָ֤ד SDBH one לְחַטָּאת֙ SDBH as a sin offering וְאֶחָ֣ד SDBH and the other לְעֹלָ֔ה SDBH as a burnt offering וְכִפֶּ֣ר SDBH to make atonement עָלָ֔יו for him מֵאֲשֶׁ֥ר SDBH because חָטָ֖א SDBH he has sinned עַל־ by being in the presence הַנָּ֑פֶשׁ SDBH of the dead body וְקִדַּ֥שׁ SDBH he must consecrate אֶת־ SDBH - רֹאשׁ֖וֹ SDBH his head again בַּיּ֥וֹם SDBH day הַהֽוּא׃ SDBH On that
And the kohen shall offer the one for a chattat (sin offering), and the other for an olah (burnt offering), and make kapporah for him, because he sinned by the nefesh (dead body), and shall make kadosh his head that same day.

וְהִזִּ֤יר SDBH He must rededicate לַֽיהוָה֙ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi אֶת־ SDBH - יְמֵ֣י SDBH his time נִזְר֔וֹ SDBH of separation וְהֵבִ֛יא SDBH and bring כֶּ֥בֶשׂ SDBH male lamb בֶּן־ SDBH a year-old שְׁנָת֖וֹ SDBH . . . לְאָשָׁ֑ם SDBH as a guilt offering וְהַיָּמִ֤ים SDBH days הָרִאשֹׁנִים֙ SDBH But the preceding יִפְּל֔וּ SDBH shall not be counted כִּ֥י because טָמֵ֖א SDBH was defiled נִזְרֽוֹ׃ SDBH his separation
And he shall consecrate unto Hashem the yemei of his nazir, and shall bring a lamb of the first year for an asham (trespass offering); but the yamim harishonim shall not be counted, because his nazir was tameh.

וְזֹ֥את SDBH Now this תּוֹרַ֖ת SDBH is the law הַנָּזִ֑יר SDBH of the Nazirite בְּי֗וֹם SDBH when מְלֹאת֙ SDBH is complete יְמֵ֣י SDBH his time נִזְר֔וֹ SDBH of separation יָבִ֣יא SDBH He must be brought אֹת֔וֹ SDBH - אֶל־ to פֶּ֖תַח SDBH the entrance אֹ֥הֶל SDBH to the Tent מוֹעֵֽד׃ SDBH of Meeting
And this is the Torat HaNazir, when the yamim of his nazir are fulfilled: he shall be brought unto the entrance of the Ohel Mo'ed;
And he shall offer his korban unto Hashem, one helamb of the first year tamim (without blemish) for an olah (burnt offering), and one ewe lamb of the first year temimah (without blemish) for a chattat, and one ram tamim (without blemish) for shlamim (peace offerings),

וְסַ֣ל SDBH and a basket מַצּ֗וֹת SDBH of unleavened סֹ֤לֶת SDBH made from fine flour חַלֹּת֙ SDBH cakes בְּלוּלֹ֣ת SDBH mixed בַּשֶּׁ֔מֶן SDBH with oil וּרְקִיקֵ֥י SDBH wafers מַצּ֖וֹת SDBH and unleavened מְשֻׁחִ֣ים SDBH coated בַּשָּׁ֑מֶן SDBH with oil וּמִנְחָתָ֖ם SDBH together with their grain offerings וְנִסְכֵּיהֶֽם׃ SDBH and drink offerings
And a basket of matzot, cakes of fine flour mingled with shemen, and wafers of matzot meshuchim (anointed) with oil, and their minchot (grain offerings), and their nesakim (drink offerings).

וְהִקְרִ֥יב SDBH is to present all these הַכֹּהֵ֖ן SDBH The priest לִפְנֵ֣י before יְהוָ֑ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi וְעָשָׂ֥ה SDBH and make אֶת־ SDBH - חַטָּאת֖וֹ SDBH the sin offering וְאֶת־ SDBH and עֹלָתֽוֹ׃ SDBH the burnt offering
And the kohen shall bring them before Hashem, and shall offer his chattat, and his olah (burnt offering);
17
וְאֶת־ SDBH - הָאַ֜יִל SDBH the ram יַעֲשֶׂ֨ה SDBH He shall also offer זֶ֤בַח SDBH vvv שְׁלָמִים֙ SDBH as a peace offering לַֽיהוָ֔ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi עַ֖ל along with סַ֣ל SDBH the basket הַמַּצּ֑וֹת SDBH of unleavened bread וְעָשָׂה֙ SDBH is to offer הַכֹּהֵ֔ן SDBH And the priest אֶת־ SDBH - מִנְחָת֖וֹ SDBH the accompanying grain offering וְאֶת־ SDBH - נִסְכּֽוֹ׃ SDBH and drink offering
And he shall offer the ram for a zevach shelamim (sacrifice of peace offerings) unto Hashem, with the basket of matzot; the kohen shall offer also his minchah (grain offering), and his nesekh (drink offering).
And the Nazir shall shave the head of his nazir [see Ac 21:24] at the entrance of the Ohel Mo'ed, and shall take the hair of the head of his nazir, and put it in the eish (fire) which is under the zevach hashelamim (sacrifce of peace offerings).
And the kohen shall take the boiled shoulder of the ram, and one challat matzah (loaf of matzah) out of the basket, and one unleavened wafer, and shall put them upon the hands of the Nazir, after the hair of his nazir (consecration) is shaven;

וְהֵנִיף֩ SDBH shall then wave אוֹתָ֨ם SDBH them הַכֹּהֵ֥ן׀ SDBH The priest תְּנוּפָה֮ SDBH as a wave offering לִפְנֵ֣י before יְהוָה֒ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi קֹ֤דֶשׁ SDBH is a holy הוּא֙ SDBH This לַכֹּהֵ֔ן SDBH portion for the priest עַ֚ל in addition to חֲזֵ֣ה SDBH the breast הַתְּנוּפָ֔ה SDBH of the wave offering וְעַ֖ל . . . שׁ֣וֹק SDBH and the thigh הַתְּרוּמָ֑ה SDBH that was presented וְאַחַ֛ר SDBH After that יִשְׁתֶּ֥ה SDBH may drink הַנָּזִ֖יר SDBH the Nazirite יָֽיִן׃ SDBH wine
And the kohen shall wave them for a wave offering before Hashem; this is kodesh for the kohen, with the breast of the wave offering and thigh of the terumah (raisedup presentation); and after that the Nazir may drink yayin.
This is the Torat HaNazir who hath vowed, and of his korban unto Hashem for his nazir (separation), in addition to whatever else his hand shall afford, according to the neder (vow) which he vowed, so he must do after the torah of his Nazir.
And Hashem spoke unto Moshe, saying,

דַּבֵּ֤ר SDBH Tell אֶֽל־ . . . אַהֲרֹן֙ SDBH Aaron וְאֶל־ . . . בָּנָ֣יו SDBH and his sons לֵאמֹ֔ר SDBH כֹּ֥ה תְבָרֲכ֖וּ SDBH This is how you are to bless אֶת־ SDBH - בְּנֵ֣י SDBH the Israelites יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל SDBH . . . אָמ֖וֹר SDBH Say לָהֶֽם׃ס to them
Speak unto Aharon and unto his Banim, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the Bnei Yisroel, saying unto them,
Y'varekhekha Adonai v'yishmerekha (Hashem bless thee, and keep thee);
25
יָאֵ֨ר SDBH to shine יְהוָ֧ה׀ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi פָּנָ֛יו cause His face אֵלֶ֖יךָ upon you וִֽיחֻנֶּֽךָּ׃ס SDBH and be gracious to you
Ya'er Adonai panav eleikha vichunekha (Hashem make His face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee);
26
יִשָּׂ֨א SDBH lift up יְהוָ֤ה׀ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi פָּנָיו֙ His countenance אֵלֶ֔יךָ toward you וְיָשֵׂ֥ם SDBH and give לְךָ֖ you שָׁלֽוֹם׃ס SDBH peace
Yissa Adonai panav eleikha v'yasem l'kha shalom (Hashem lift up His countenance upon thee, and give thee shalom).
And they shall put My Shem upon the Bnei Yisroel, and I will bless them.
