Vayikra 19 — Hebrew–OJB Interlinear

וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר SDBH said יְהוָ֖ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi אֶל־ to מֹשֶׁ֥ה SDBH Moses לֵּאמֹֽר SDBH . . .

And Hashem spoke unto Moshe, saying,

2

דַּבֵּ֞ר SDBH Speak אֶל־ to כָּל־ the whole עֲדַ֧ת SDBH congregation בְּנֵי־ SDBH . . . יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל SDBH of Israel וְאָמַרְתָּ֥ SDBH and tell אֲלֵהֶ֖ם them קְדֹשִׁ֣ים SDBH holy תִּהְי֑וּ Be כִּ֣י because קָד֔וֹשׁ SDBH am holy אֲנִ֖י SDBH I יְהוָ֥ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ SDBH your G-d

Speak unto kol Adat Bnei Yisroel, and say unto them, Ye shall be kedoshim (holy ones): for I Hashem Eloheichem am kadosh.

אִ֣ישׁ SDBH Each אִמּ֤וֹ SDBH his mother וְאָבִיו֙ SDBH and father תִּירָ֔אוּ SDBH of you must respect וְאֶת־ SDBH - שַׁבְּתֹתַ֖י SDBH My Sabbaths תִּשְׁמֹ֑רוּ SDBH and you must keep אֲנִ֖י SDBH I יְהוָ֥ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ SDBH your G-d

Ye shall fear every man his em, and his av, and be shomer over My Shabbatot: I am Hashem Eloheichem.

4

אַל־ Do not תִּפְנוּ֙ SDBH turn אֶל־ to הָ֣אֱלִילִ֔ים SDBH idols וֵֽאלֹהֵי֙ SDBH g-ds מַסֵּכָ֔ה SDBH molten לֹ֥א SDBH . . . תַעֲשׂ֖וּ SDBH or make לָכֶ֑ם for yourselves אֲנִ֖י SDBH I יְהוָ֥ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ SDBH your G-d

Turn ye not unto elilim, nor make to yourselves elohei massekhah (cast metal g-ds); I am Hashem Eloheichem.

וְכִ֧י When תִזְבְּח֛וּ SDBH you sacrifice זֶ֥בַח SDBH vvv שְׁלָמִ֖ים SDBH a peace offering לַיהוָ֑ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi לִֽרְצֹנְכֶ֖ם SDBH for your acceptance תִּזְבָּחֻֽהוּ׃ SDBH you shall offer it

And if ye offer a zevach shelamim unto Hashem, ye shall offer it for your acceptance.

6

בְּי֧וֹם SDBH on the day זִבְחֲכֶ֛ם SDBH you sacrifice it יֵאָכֵ֖ל SDBH It shall be eaten וּמִֽמָּחֳרָ֑ת SDBH or on the next day וְהַנּוֹתָר֙ SDBH but what remains עַד־ SDBH . . . י֣וֹם SDBH day הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֔י SDBH on the third בָּאֵ֖שׁ SDBH must be burned up יִשָּׂרֵֽף׃ SDBH . . .

It shall be eaten the same day ye offer it, and on the next day; and what remains until the yom hashelishi, it shall be burned in the eish.

וְאִ֛ם SDBH If הֵאָכֹ֥ל SDBH any of it is eaten יֵאָכֵ֖ל SDBH . . . בַּיּ֣וֹם SDBH day הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֑י SDBH on the third פִּגּ֥וּל SDBH is tainted ה֖וּא SDBH it לֹ֥א SDBH and will not יֵרָצֶֽה׃ SDBH be accepted

And if it be eaten at all on the yom hashelishi, it is piggul (unclean sacrificial flesh); it shall not be accepted.

וְאֹֽכְלָיו֙ SDBH Whoever eats עֲוֺנ֣וֹ SDBH his iniquity יִשָּׂ֔א SDBH it will bear כִּֽי־ for אֶת־ SDBH - קֹ֥דֶשׁ SDBH what is holy יְהוָ֖ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi חִלֵּ֑ל SDBH he has profaned וְנִכְרְתָ֛ה SDBH must be cut off הַנֶּ֥פֶשׁ SDBH person הַהִ֖וא SDBH That מֵעַמֶּֽיהָ׃ SDBH from his people

Therefore every one that eateth it shall bear his avon, because he hath desecrated as chillul the set-apart- as-kodesh thing of Hashem: and that nefesh shall be cut off from among his people.

וּֽבְקֻצְרְכֶם֙ SDBH When you reap אֶת־ SDBH - קְצִ֣יר SDBH the harvest אַרְצְכֶ֔ם SDBH of your land לֹ֧א SDBH you are not תְכַלֶּ֛ה SDBH to reap פְּאַ֥ת SDBH to the very edges שָׂדְךָ֖ SDBH of your field לִקְצֹ֑ר SDBH . . . וְלֶ֥קֶט SDBH the gleanings קְצִֽירְךָ֖ SDBH of your harvest לֹ֥א SDBH . . . תְלַקֵּֽט׃ SDBH or gather

And when ye reap the katzir of your land, thou shalt not wholly reap the corners of thy sadeh, neither shalt thou gather the gleanings of thy katzir.

10

וְכַרְמְךָ֙ SDBH strip your vineyard לֹ֣א SDBH You must not תְעוֹלֵ֔ל SDBH bare וּפֶ֥רֶט SDBH fallen grapes כַּרְמְךָ֖ SDBH its לֹ֣א SDBH . . . תְלַקֵּ֑ט SDBH or gather לֶֽעָנִ֤י SDBH for the poor וְלַגֵּר֙ SDBH and the foreigner תַּעֲזֹ֣ב SDBH Leave אֹתָ֔ם SDBH them אֲנִ֖י SDBH I יְהוָ֥ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ SDBH your G-d

And thou shalt not glean thy kerem (vineyard), neither shalt thou gather every grape of thy kerem; thou shalt leave them for the oni (poor) and ger (stranger); I am Hashem Eloheichem.

11

לֹ֖א SDBH You must not תִּגְנֹ֑בוּ SDBH steal וְלֹא־ SDBH You must not תְכַחֲשׁ֥וּ SDBH lie וְלֹֽא־ SDBH . . . תְשַׁקְּר֖וּ SDBH or deceive אִ֥ישׁ SDBH one בַּעֲמִיתֽוֹ׃ SDBH another

Ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither speak sheker (falsehood, deception, lie) to another.

12

וְלֹֽא־ SDBH You must not תִשָּׁבְע֥וּ SDBH swear בִשְׁמִ֖י SDBH by My name לַשָּׁ֑קֶר SDBH falsely וְחִלַּלְתָּ֛ SDBH and so profane אֶת־ SDBH - שֵׁ֥ם SDBH the name אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ SDBH of your G-d אֲנִ֥י SDBH I יְהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi

And ye shall not swear by My Shem lasheker (falsely), neither shalt thou commit Chillul ha-shem Eloheicha; I am Hashem.

13

לֹֽא־ SDBH You must not תַעֲשֹׁ֥ק SDBH defraud אֶת־ SDBH - רֵֽעֲךָ֖ SDBH your neighbor וְלֹ֣א SDBH or תִגְזֹ֑ל SDBH rob him לֹֽא־ SDBH must not תָלִ֞ין SDBH withhold פְּעֻלַּ֥ת SDBH the wages שָׂכִ֛יר SDBH due a hired hand אִתְּךָ֖ SDBH You עַד־ SDBH until בֹּֽקֶר׃ SDBH morning

Thou shalt not defraud thy re'a (neighbor), neither rob him; the wages of him that is a sakhir (hired man) shall not abide with thee ad boker (until morning).

14

לֹא־ SDBH You must not תְקַלֵּ֣ל SDBH curse חֵרֵ֔שׁ SDBH the deaf וְלִפְנֵ֣י before עִוֵּ֔ר SDBH the blind לֹ֥א SDBH . . . תִתֵּ֖ן or place מִכְשֹׁ֑ל SDBH a stumbling block וְיָרֵ֥אתָ SDBH but you shall fear מֵּאֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ SDBH your G-d אֲנִ֥י SDBH I יְהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi

Thou shalt not curse the cheresh (deaf), nor put a michshol (stumbling block) before the ivver (blind), but shalt fear Eloheicha: I am Hashem.

15

לֹא־ SDBH You must not תַעֲשׂ֥וּ SDBH pervert עָ֙וֶל֙ SDBH . . . בַּמִּשְׁפָּ֔ט SDBH justice לֹא־ SDBH you must not תִשָּׂ֣א SDBH show partiality פְנֵי־ . . . דָ֔ל SDBH to the poor וְלֹ֥א SDBH or תֶהְדַּ֖ר SDBH favoritism פְּנֵ֣י . . . גָד֑וֹל SDBH to the rich בְּצֶ֖דֶק SDBH fairly תִּשְׁפֹּ֥ט SDBH you are to judge עֲמִיתֶֽךָ׃ SDBH your neighbor

Ye shall do no avel bamishpat (perversion of justice); thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor favor the person of the gadol; but in tzedek shalt thou judge thy neighbor.

16

לֹא־ SDBH You must not תֵלֵ֤ךְ SDBH go רָכִיל֙ SDBH about spreading slander בְּעַמֶּ֔יךָ SDBH among your people לֹ֥א SDBH You must not תַעֲמֹ֖ד SDBH endanger עַל־ . . . דַּ֣ם SDBH the life רֵעֶ֑ךָ SDBH of your neighbor אֲנִ֖י SDBH I יְהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi

Thou shalt not go up and down as a rakhil (talebearer, slanderer) among thy people; neither shalt thou stand aside while thy neighbor's dahm is shed; I am Hashem.

17

לֹֽא־ SDBH You must not תִשְׂנָ֥א SDBH harbor hatred אֶת־ SDBH - אָחִ֖יךָ SDBH against your brother בִּלְבָבֶ֑ךָ SDBH in your heart הוֹכֵ֤חַ SDBH Directly rebuke תּוֹכִ֙יחַ֙ SDBH . . . אֶת־ SDBH - עֲמִיתֶ֔ךָ SDBH your neighbor וְלֹא־ SDBH so that you will not תִשָּׂ֥א SDBH incur עָלָ֖יו on account of him חֵֽטְא׃ SDBH guilt

Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine lev; thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbor, and not bear chet because of him.

18

לֹֽא־ SDBH Do not תִקֹּ֤ם SDBH seek revenge וְלֹֽא־ SDBH . . . תִטֹּר֙ SDBH or bear a grudge אֶת־ SDBH - בְּנֵ֣י SDBH against any עַמֶּ֔ךָ SDBH of your people וְאָֽהַבְתָּ֥ SDBH but love לְרֵעֲךָ֖ SDBH your neighbor כָּמ֑וֹךָ SDBH as yourself אֲנִ֖י SDBH I יְהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi

Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the bnei ammecha (children of thy people), v'ahavta l're'acha kamocha (but thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself): I am Hashem.

19

אֶֽת־ SDBH - חֻקֹּתַי֮ SDBH My statutes תִּשְׁמֹרוּ֒ SDBH You are to keep בְּהֶמְתְּךָ֙ SDBH of livestock לֹא־ SDBH You shall not תַרְבִּ֣יעַ SDBH crossbreed כִּלְאַ֔יִם SDBH two different kinds שָׂדְךָ֖ SDBH your fields לֹא־ SDBH . . . תִזְרַ֣ע SDBH you shall not sow כִּלְאָ֑יִם SDBH with two kinds וּבֶ֤גֶד SDBH clothing כִּלְאַ֙יִם֙ SDBH made of two kinds שַֽׁעַטְנֵ֔ז SDBH of material לֹ֥א SDBH . . . יַעֲלֶ֖ה SDBH of seed עָלֶֽיךָ׃פ and you shall not wear

Ye shall be shomer over My chukkot. Thou shalt not mate different kinds of animals; thou shalt not sow thy sadeh with mingled zera; neither shall a garment with shaatnez (mixed fibers) come upon thee [see Devarim 22:11].

20

וְ֠אִישׁ SDBH a man כִּֽי־ If יִשְׁכַּ֨ב SDBH lies אֶת־ SDBH - אִשָּׁ֜ה SDBH - שִׁכְבַת־ SDBH - זֶ֗רַע SDBH carnally וְהִ֤וא SDBH vvv שִׁפְחָה֙ SDBH with a slave girl נֶחֱרֶ֣פֶת SDBH promised לְאִ֔ישׁ SDBH to another man וְהָפְדֵּה֙ SDBH been redeemed לֹ֣א SDBH but who has not נִפְדָּ֔תָה SDBH . . . א֥וֹ SDBH or חֻפְשָׁ֖ה SDBH freedom לֹ֣א SDBH [But] they are not נִתַּן־ given לָ֑הּ her בִּקֹּ֧רֶת SDBH due punishment תִּהְיֶ֛ה there must be לֹ֥א SDBH she had not יוּמְת֖וּ SDBH to be put to death כִּי־ because לֹ֥א SDBH . . . חֻפָּֽשָׁה׃ SDBH been freed

And whosoever lieth carnally with an isha, that is a shifcha betrothed to a husband, and not at all redeemed, nor chufshah (freedom) given her; she shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death, because she has not been chuppashah (freed).

21

וְהֵבִ֤יא SDBH [The man,] however, must bring אֶת־ SDBH - אֲשָׁמוֹ֙ SDBH as his guilt offering לַֽיהוָ֔ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi אֶל־ to פֶּ֖תַח SDBH the entrance אֹ֣הֶל SDBH to the Tent מוֹעֵ֑ד SDBH of Meeting אֵ֖יל SDBH a ram אָשָֽׁם׃ SDBH . . .

And he shall bring his asham (trespass offering, guilt offering) unto Hashem, unto the entrance of the Ohel Mo'ed, even a ram of asham.

22

וְכִפֶּר֩ SDBH shall make atonement עָלָ֨יו on his behalf הַכֹּהֵ֜ן SDBH The priest בְּאֵ֤יל SDBH with the ram הָֽאָשָׁם֙ SDBH of the guilt offering לִפְנֵ֣י before יְהוָ֔ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi עַל־ for חַטָּאת֖וֹ SDBH the sin אֲשֶׁ֣ר SDBH - חָטָ֑א SDBH he has committed וְנִסְלַ֣ח SDBH and he will be forgiven ל֔וֹ מֵחַטָּאת֖וֹ SDBH the sin אֲשֶׁ֥ר SDBH - חָטָֽא׃פ SDBH he has committed

And the kohen shall make kapporah for him with the ram of the asham before Hashem for his chattat which he hath sinned; and the chattat which he hath sinned shall be forgiven him.

23

וְכִי־ When תָבֹ֣אוּ SDBH you enter אֶל־ . . . הָאָ֗רֶץ SDBH the land וּנְטַעְתֶּם֙ SDBH and plant כָּל־ any עֵ֣ץ SDBH kind of tree מַאֲכָ֔ל SDBH for food וַעֲרַלְתֶּ֥ם SDBH you shall regard עָרְלָת֖וֹ SDBH as forbidden אֶת־ SDBH - פִּרְי֑וֹ SDBH the fruit שָׁלֹ֣שׁ SDBH For three שָׁנִ֗ים SDBH years יִהְיֶ֥ה it will be לָכֶ֛ם to you עֲרֵלִ֖ים SDBH forbidden לֹ֥א SDBH and must not יֵאָכֵֽל׃ SDBH be eaten

And when ye shall come into ha'aretz, and shall have planted all manner of food trees, then ye shall treat the fruit thereof as forbidden; shalosh shanim shall it be as forbidden unto you; it shall not be eaten of.

24

וּבַשָּׁנָה֙ SDBH year הָרְבִיעִ֔ת SDBH In the fourth יִהְיֶ֖ה must be כָּל־ all פִּרְי֑וֹ SDBH its fruit קֹ֥דֶשׁ SDBH consecrated הִלּוּלִ֖ים SDBH as a praise offering לַיהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi

But in the shanah harev'i'it all the fruit thereof shall be kodesh to praise Hashem withal.

25

וּבַשָּׁנָ֣ה SDBH year הַחֲמִישִׁ֗ת SDBH But in the fifth תֹּֽאכְלוּ֙ SDBH you may eat אֶת־ SDBH - פִּרְי֔וֹ SDBH its fruit לְהוֹסִ֥יף SDBH will be increased לָכֶ֖ם thus your תְּבוּאָת֑וֹ SDBH harvest אֲנִ֖י SDBH I יְהוָ֥ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ SDBH your G-d

And in the shanah hachamishit shall ye eat of the fruit thereof, that it may yield unto you the increase thereof: I am Hashem Eloheichem.

26

לֹ֥א SDBH You must not תֹאכְל֖וּ SDBH eat עַל־ anything with הַדָּ֑ם SDBH blood still in it לֹ֥א SDBH You must not תְנַחֲשׁ֖וּ SDBH practice divination וְלֹ֥א SDBH or תְעוֹנֵֽנוּ׃ SDBH sorcery

Ye shall not eat any thing with the dahm; neither shall ye practice divination, nor practice sorcery.

27

לֹ֣א SDBH You must not תַקִּ֔פוּ SDBH cut off the hair פְּאַ֖ת SDBH at the sides רֹאשְׁכֶ֑ם SDBH of your head וְלֹ֣א SDBH . . . תַשְׁחִ֔ית SDBH or clip off אֵ֖ת SDBH - פְּאַ֥ת SDBH the edges זְקָנֶֽךָ׃ SDBH of your beard

Ye shall not cut the edge of your scalp, neither shalt thou mar the corners of thy beard.

28

וְשֶׂ֣רֶט SDBH make any cuts לָנֶ֗פֶשׁ SDBH for the dead לֹ֤א SDBH You must not תִתְּנוּ֙ . . . בִּבְשַׂרְכֶ֔ם SDBH in your bodies וּכְתֹ֣בֶת SDBH marks קַֽעֲקַ֔ע SDBH tattoo לֹ֥א SDBH . . . תִתְּנ֖וּ or put בָּכֶ֑ם on yourselves אֲנִ֖י SDBH I יְהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi

Ye shall not make any cuttings in your basar for the dead, nor tattoo any marks upon you: I am Hashem.

29

אַל־ You must not תְּחַלֵּ֥ל SDBH defile אֶֽת־ SDBH - בִּתְּךָ֖ SDBH your daughter לְהַזְנוֹתָ֑הּ SDBH by making her a prostitute וְלֹא־ SDBH or תִזְנֶ֣ה SDBH will be prostituted הָאָ֔רֶץ SDBH the land וּמָלְאָ֥ה SDBH and filled הָאָ֖רֶץ SDBH . . . זִמָּֽה׃ SDBH with depravity

Do not prostitute thy bat, to cause her to be a harlot; lest ha'aretz fall to whoredom, and ha'aretz become full of depravity.

30

אֶת־ SDBH - שַׁבְּתֹתַ֣י SDBH My Sabbaths תִּשְׁמֹ֔רוּ SDBH You must keep וּמִקְדָּשִׁ֖י SDBH My sanctuary תִּירָ֑אוּ SDBH and have reverence for אֲנִ֖י SDBH I יְהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi

Ye shall be shomer over My Shabbatot, and reverence My Mikdash; I am Hashem.

31

אַל־ You must not תִּפְנ֤וּ SDBH turn אֶל־ to הָאֹבֹת֙ SDBH mediums וְאֶל־ [or] הַיִּדְּעֹנִ֔ים SDBH spiritists אַל־ . . . תְּבַקְשׁ֖וּ SDBH do not seek them out לְטָמְאָ֣ה SDBH or you will be defiled בָהֶ֑ם by them אֲנִ֖י SDBH I יְהוָ֥ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ SDBH your G-d

Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after Ovos (Mediums) and Yidonim (Spiritists), to be defiled by them: I am Hashem Eloheichem.

32

מִפְּנֵ֤י in the presence שֵׂיבָה֙ SDBH of the elderly תָּק֔וּם SDBH You are to rise וְהָדַרְתָּ֖ SDBH honor פְּנֵ֣י . . . זָקֵ֑ן SDBH the aged וְיָרֵ֥אתָ SDBH and fear מֵּאֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ SDBH your G-d אֲנִ֥י SDBH I יְהוָֽה׃פ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi

Thou shalt rise up before the old, and honor the face of the zaken, and fear Eloheicha: I am Hashem.

33

וְכִֽי־ When יָג֧וּר SDBH resides אִתְּךָ֛ SDBH with you גֵּ֖ר SDBH a foreigner בְּאַרְצְכֶ֑ם SDBH in your land לֹ֥א SDBH you must not תוֹנ֖וּ SDBH oppress אֹתֽוֹ׃ SDBH him

And if a ger sojourn with thee in your land, ye shall not mistreat him.

34

כְּאֶזְרָ֣ח SDBH as native-born מִכֶּם֩ . . . יִהְיֶ֨ה You must treat לָכֶ֜ם הַגֵּ֣ר׀ SDBH the foreigner הַגָּ֣ר SDBH living אִתְּכֶ֗ם SDBH among you וְאָהַבְתָּ֥ SDBH and love לוֹ֙ him כָּמ֔וֹךָ SDBH as yourself כִּֽי־ for גֵרִ֥ים SDBH foreigners הֱיִיתֶ֖ם you were בְּאֶ֣רֶץ SDBH in the land מִצְרָ֑יִם SDBH of Egypt אֲנִ֖י SDBH I יְהוָ֥ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ SDBH your G-d

But the ger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were gerim in Eretz Mitzrayim: I am Hashem Eloheichem.

35

לֹא־ SDBH You must not תַעֲשׂ֥וּ SDBH use עָ֖וֶל SDBH dishonest בַּמִּשְׁפָּ֑ט SDBH measures בַּמִּדָּ֕ה SDBH of length בַּמִּשְׁקָ֖ל SDBH weight וּבַמְּשׂוּרָֽה׃ SDBH or volume

Ye shall do no unrighteousness in scales, in weights, and dry measures.

36

מֹ֧אזְנֵי SDBH scales צֶ֣דֶק SDBH honest אַבְנֵי־ SDBH weights צֶ֗דֶק SDBH [and] אֵ֥יפַת SDBH ephah צֶ֛דֶק SDBH an honest וְהִ֥ין SDBH hin צֶ֖דֶק SDBH [and] an honest יִהְיֶ֣ה You shall maintain לָכֶ֑ם אֲנִי֙ SDBH I יְהוָ֣ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם SDBH your G-d אֲשֶׁר־ SDBH who הוֹצֵ֥אתִי SDBH brought אֶתְכֶ֖ם SDBH you מֵאֶ֥רֶץ SDBH out of the land מִצְרָֽיִם׃ SDBH of Egypt

Tzedek scales, tzedek weights, a tzedek ephah, and a tzedek hin, shall ye have: I am Hashem Eloheichem, which brought you out of Eretz Mitzrayim.

37

וּשְׁמַרְתֶּ֤ם SDBH You must keep אֶת־ SDBH - כָּל־ all חֻקֹּתַי֙ SDBH My statutes וְאֶת־ SDBH - כָּל־ and all מִשְׁפָּטַ֔י SDBH My ordinances וַעֲשִׂיתֶ֖ם SDBH and follow אֹתָ֑ם SDBH them אֲנִ֖י SDBH I יְהוָֽה׃פ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi

Therefore shall ye be shomer (on guard to keep) over all My chukkot (statutes), and all My mishpatim (judgments), and do them: I am Hashem.
