מַשָּׂ֤א SDBH [This is] the burden דְבַר־ SDBH of the word יְהוָה֙ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi בְּאֶ֣רֶץ SDBH against the land חַדְרָ֔ךְ SDBH of Hadrach וְדַמֶּ֖שֶׂק SDBH and Damascus מְנֻחָת֑וֹ SDBH its resting place כִּ֤י for לַֽיהוָה֙ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi עֵ֣ין SDBH the eyes אָדָ֔ם SDBH of men וְכֹ֖ל and of all שִׁבְטֵ֥י SDBH the tribes יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ SDBH of Israel
The burden of the Devar Hashem against Eretz Chadrach, and Damascus its menuchah (resting place); for toward Hashem shall be the eyes of man as of Kol Shivtei Yisroel (all the tribes of Israel).

וְגַם־ SDBH and also חֲמָ֖ת SDBH [against] Hamath תִּגְבָּל־ SDBH which borders בָּ֑הּ it צֹ֣ר SDBH as well as Tyre וְצִיד֔וֹן SDBH and Sidon כִּ֥י though חָֽכְמָ֖ה SDBH shrewd מְאֹֽד׃ they are very
And Chamat at its border; Tzor and Tzidon, though it be very wise.

וַתִּ֥בֶן SDBH has built צֹ֛ר SDBH Tyre מָצ֖וֹר SDBH a fortress לָ֑הּ herself וַתִּצְבָּר־ SDBH she has heaped up כֶּ֙סֶף֙ SDBH silver כֶּֽעָפָ֔ר SDBH like dust וְחָר֖וּץ SDBH and gold כְּטִ֥יט SDBH like the dirt חוּצֽוֹת׃ SDBH of the streets
And Tzor did build herself a matzor (stronghold), and heaped up kesef like the dust, and fine gold like the mire of the streets.
Hinei, Adonoi will cause it to be taken, and He will strike her power on the yam; and she shall be devoured with eish.
Ashkelon shall see it, and fear; Azah (Gaza) also shall see it, and tremble greatly, and Ekron; for her hope shall be put to shame; and Melech shall perish out of Azah (Gaza), and Ashkelon shall not be inhabited.
And mamzer shall dwell in Ashdod, and I will cut off the ga'on (pride) of the Pelishtim (Philistines).

וַהֲסִרֹתִ֨י SDBH I will remove דָמָ֜יו SDBH the blood מִפִּ֗יו SDBH from their mouths וְשִׁקֻּצָיו֙ SDBH and the abominations מִבֵּ֣ין SDBH from between שִׁנָּ֔יו SDBH their teeth וְנִשְׁאַ֥ר SDBH will become a remnant גַּם־ SDBH too ה֖וּא SDBH Then they לֵֽאלֹהֵ֑ינוּ SDBH for our G-d וְהָיָה֙ they will become כְּאַלֻּ֣ף SDBH like a clan בִּֽיהוּדָ֔ה SDBH in Judah וְעֶקְר֖וֹן SDBH and Ekron כִּיבוּסִֽי׃ SDBH will be like the Jebusites
And I will take away his dahm out of his mouth, and his abominations from between his teeth; but he will also remain to Eloheinu, and he shall be as a tribe prince in Yehudah, and Ekron like the Yevusi (Jebusite).

וְחָנִ֨יתִי SDBH But I will camp around לְבֵיתִ֤י SDBH My house מִצָּבָה֙ SDBH because of an army מֵעֹבֵ֣ר SDBH because of those who march to and fro וּמִשָּׁ֔ב SDBH . . . וְלֹֽא־ SDBH and never again יַעֲבֹ֧ר SDBH overrun עֲלֵיהֶ֛ם [My people] ע֖וֹד . . . נֹגֵ֑שׂ SDBH will an oppressor כִּ֥י for עַתָּ֖ה SDBH now רָאִ֥יתִי SDBH I keep watch בְעֵינָֽי׃ס SDBH with My own eyes
And I will encamp about Mine Bais against military power, because of him that goes maurading to and fro; and no oppressor shall pass through them any more; for now I am keeping watch with Mine eyes.
Rejoice greatly, O Bat Tziyon; shout, O Bat Yerushalayim; hinei, thy Melech cometh unto thee, tzaddik, and having Salvation; ani (lowly, meek), and riding upon a chamor, even upon a colt the foal of a donkey. [Mt 21:5; Yn 12:15]

וְהִכְרַתִּי־ SDBH And I will cut off רֶ֣כֶב SDBH the chariot מֵאֶפְרַ֗יִם SDBH from Ephraim וְסוּס֙ SDBH and the horse מִיר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם SDBH from Jerusalem וְנִכְרְתָה֙ SDBH will be broken קֶ֣שֶׁת SDBH and the bow מִלְחָמָ֔ה SDBH of war וְדִבֶּ֥ר SDBH Then He will proclaim שָׁל֖וֹם SDBH peace לַגּוֹיִ֑ם SDBH to the nations וּמָשְׁלוֹ֙ SDBH His dominion will extend מִיָּ֣ם SDBH from sea עַד־ SDBH to יָ֔ם SDBH sea וּמִנָּהָ֖ר SDBH and from the Euphrates עַד־ SDBH to אַפְסֵי־ SDBH the ends אָֽרֶץ׃ SDBH of the earth
And I will cut off the chariot from Ephrayim, and the war horse from Yerushalayim, and the battle bow shall be cut off. He shall proclaim shalom unto the Goyim; and His [Moshiach's] dominion shall be from yam even to yam, and from the [Euphrates] river even to the ends of ha'aretz.

גַּם־ SDBH - אַ֣תְּ SDBH As for you בְּדַם־ SDBH because of the blood בְּרִיתֵ֗ךְ SDBH of [My] covenant שִׁלַּ֤חְתִּי SDBH I will release אֲסִירַ֙יִךְ֙ SDBH your prisoners מִבּ֔וֹר SDBH pit אֵ֥ין SDBH from the waterless מַ֖יִם SDBH . . . בּֽוֹ׃
As for thee also, by the dahm of thy Brit I release thy prisoners out of the pit wherein is no mayim [T.N. NOTICE THE BLOOD OF THE COVENENT IS ESSENTIAL TO ISRAEL'S ORTHODOX FAITH].

שׁ֚וּבוּ SDBH Return לְבִצָּר֔וֹן SDBH to your stronghold אֲסִירֵ֖י SDBH O prisoners הַתִּקְוָ֑ה SDBH of hope גַּם־ SDBH even הַיּ֕וֹם SDBH today מַגִּ֥יד SDBH I declare מִשְׁנֶ֖ה SDBH double אָשִׁ֥יב SDBH that I will restore לָֽךְ׃ to you
Return to the stronghold, ye prisoners of tikvah (hope); even today do I proclaim that I will repay double unto thee;
I will bend Yehudah as I bend My keshet (bow), fill it with Ephrayim, and I will rouse thy banim, O Tziyon, against thy banim, O Yavan (Greece), and make thee like the cherev (sword) of a gibbor (mighty man).

And Hashem shall be seen over them, and his arrow shall go forth as the lightning; and Adonoi Hashem shall sound the shofar, and shall march forth with storms of the south.
15
יְהוָ֣ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi צְבָאוֹת֮ SDBH of Hosts יָגֵ֣ן SDBH will shield עֲלֵיהֶם֒ them וְאָכְל֗וּ SDBH They will destroy וְכָֽבְשׁוּ֙ SDBH and conquer אַבְנֵי־ SDBH with slingstones קֶ֔לַע SDBH . . . וְשָׁת֥וּ SDBH they will drink הָמ֖וּ SDBH [and] roar כְּמוֹ־ SDBH as with יָ֑יִן SDBH wine וּמָֽלְאוּ֙ SDBH And they will be filled כַּמִּזְרָ֔ק SDBH like sprinkling bowls כְּזָוִיּ֖וֹת SDBH [drenched] like the corners מִזְבֵּֽחַ׃ SDBH of the altar
Hashem Tzva'os shall shield them; and they shall devour, and subdue with sling stones; and they shall drink, and shall roar as through yayin; and they shall be full like a bowl, like the corners of the mizbe'ach.
And Hashem Eloheihem shall save them in Yom HaHu as the tzon of His people; for they shall be as the jewels of a crown, sparkling in His land.
17
כִּ֥י - מַה־ SDBH How טּוּב֖וֹ SDBH lovely they will be וּמַה־ SDBH and how יָפְי֑וֹ SDBH beautiful דָּגָן֙ SDBH Grain בַּֽחוּרִ֔ים SDBH will make the young men וְתִיר֖וֹשׁ SDBH and new wine יְנוֹבֵ֥ב SDBH flourish בְּתֻלֽוֹת׃ SDBH the young women
For how great is its goodness, and how great is its beauty! Grain shall make the bochurim thrive, and tirosh, the betulot.
