יֹ֭שֵׁב SDBH He who dwells בְּסֵ֣תֶר SDBH in the shelter עֶלְי֑וֹן SDBH of the Most High בְּצֵ֥ל SDBH in the shadow שַׁ֝דַּ֗י SDBH of the Almighty יִתְלוֹנָֽן׃ SDBH will abide
He that dwelleth in the seter Elyon (covering, hiding place of the Most High) shall abide under the tzel Shaddai (shadow of the Almighty).

אֹמַ֗ר SDBH I will say לַֽ֭יהוָה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi מַחְסִ֣י SDBH [You are] my refuge וּמְצוּדָתִ֑י SDBH and my fortress אֱ֝לֹהַ֗י SDBH my G-d אֶבְטַח־ SDBH in whom I trust בּֽוֹ׃
I will say of Hashem, He is my refuge and my fortress; Elohai (my G-d); in Him will I trust.

כִּ֤י Surely ה֣וּא SDBH He יַ֭צִּֽילְךָ SDBH will deliver you מִפַּ֥ח SDBH from the snare יָק֗וּשׁ SDBH of the fowler מִדֶּ֥בֶר SDBH plague הַוּֽוֹת׃ SDBH and from the deadly
Surely He shall save thee from the pach yakosh ([deadly] snare of the fowler), and from the devastating dever (plague).

בְּאֶבְרָת֨וֹ׀ SDBH with His feathers יָ֣סֶךְ SDBH He will cover לָ֭ךְ you וְתַֽחַת־ SDBH under כְּנָפָ֣יו SDBH His wings תֶּחְסֶ֑ה SDBH you will find refuge צִנָּ֖ה SDBH is a shield וְֽסֹחֵרָ֣ה SDBH and rampart אֲמִתּֽוֹ׃ SDBH His faithfulness
He shall cover thee with His evrah (pinion, flight feathers), and under His kenafayim (wings) shalt thou find defense; His Emes shall be thy shield and buckler.

לֹא־ SDBH You will not תִ֭ירָא SDBH fear מִפַּ֣חַד SDBH the terror לָ֑יְלָה SDBH of the night מֵ֝חֵ֗ץ SDBH nor the arrow יָע֥וּף SDBH that flies יוֹמָֽם׃ SDBH by day
Thou shalt not be afraid of the pachad (terror) by lailah; nor of the khetz (arrow) that flieth yomam (by day);

מִ֭דֶּבֶר SDBH [nor] the pestilence בָּאֹ֣פֶל SDBH in the darkness יַהֲלֹ֑ךְ SDBH that stalks מִ֝קֶּ֗טֶב SDBH [nor] the calamity יָשׁ֥וּד SDBH that destroys צָהֳרָֽיִם׃ SDBH at noon
Nor for the dever (plague) that walketh in darkness; nor for the ketev (pestilence, destruction) that destroyeth at tzohorayim (noon).

יִפֹּ֤ל SDBH may fall מִצִּדְּךָ֨׀ SDBH at your side אֶ֗לֶף SDBH Though a thousand וּרְבָבָ֥ה SDBH and ten thousand מִימִינֶ֑ךָ SDBH at your right hand אֵ֝לֶ֗יךָ will come near לֹ֣א SDBH no [harm] יִגָּֽשׁ׃ SDBH you
An elef (thousand) may fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy yamin (right hand); but it shall not come near thee.

Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the shillumah (recompense, retribution) of the resha'im.
Because thou hast made Hashem, which is my refuge, even Elyon, thy ma'on (habitation, dwelling; see Yn 14:2 OJBC)
There shall no ra'ah (evil, disaster) befall thee, neither shall any nega come near thy ohel.

כִּ֣י For מַ֭לְאָכָיו SDBH His angels יְצַוֶּה־ SDBH He will command לָּ֑ךְ concerning you לִ֝שְׁמָרְךָ֗ SDBH to guard you בְּכָל־ in all דְּרָכֶֽיךָ׃ SDBH your ways
For He shall give charge to His malachim (angels) concerning thee, to be shomer over thee in kol drakhim of thee.
12
עַל־ in כַּפַּ֥יִם SDBH their hands יִשָּׂא֑וּנְךָ SDBH They will lift you up פֶּן־ so that you will not תִּגֹּ֖ף SDBH strike בָּאֶ֣בֶן SDBH against a stone רַגְלֶֽךָ׃ SDBH your foot
They [the malachim of Hashem] shall bear thee up on their palms, lest thou dash thy regel against an even (stone).
13
עַל־ on שַׁ֣חַל SDBH the lion וָפֶ֣תֶן SDBH and cobra תִּדְרֹ֑ךְ SDBH You will tread תִּרְמֹ֖ס SDBH you will trample כְּפִ֣יר SDBH the young lion וְתַנִּֽין׃ SDBH and serpent
Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder; the young lion and the tannin (serpent) shalt thou trample under foot.
14
כִּ֤י Because בִ֣י Me חָ֭שַׁק SDBH he loves וַאֲפַלְּטֵ֑הוּ SDBH I will deliver him אֲ֝שַׂגְּבֵ֗הוּ SDBH I will protect him כִּֽי־ because יָדַ֥ע SDBH he knows שְׁמִֽי׃ SDBH My name
Because he hath set his longing upon Me, therefore will I rescue him; I will set him on high, because he hath da'as of Shmi (My Name).
He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in tzoros; I will deliver him, and honor him.
With orech yamim (length of days, long life) will I satisfy him, and show him My Yeshuah (salvation).
