Vayikra 27 — Hebrew–OJB Interlinear

וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר SDBH said יְהוָ֖ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi אֶל־ to מֹשֶׁ֥ה SDBH Moses לֵּאמֹֽר׃ SDBH . . .

And Hashem spoke unto Moshe, saying,

2

דַּבֵּ֞ר SDBH Speak אֶל־ to בְּנֵ֤י SDBH the Israelites יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ SDBH . . . וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ SDBH and say אֲלֵהֶ֔ם to them אִ֕ישׁ SDBH someone כִּ֥י When יַפְלִ֖א SDBH makes a special נֶ֑דֶר SDBH vow בְּעֶרְכְּךָ֥ SDBH involving the value נְפָשֹׁ֖ת SDBH of persons לַֽיהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi

Speak unto the Bnei Yisroel, and say unto them, When a man shall articulate a neder, the nefashot shall be for Hashem by thy evaluation.

3

וְהָיָ֤ה concerns עֶרְכְּךָ֙ SDBH if the valuation הַזָּכָ֔ר SDBH a male מִבֶּן֙ SDBH . . . עֶשְׂרִ֣ים SDBH from twenty שָׁנָ֔ה SDBH - וְעַ֖ד SDBH to בֶּן־ SDBH . . . שִׁשִּׁ֣ים SDBH sixty שָׁנָ֑ה SDBH years of age וְהָיָ֣ה shall be עֶרְכְּךָ֗ SDBH then your valuation חֲמִשִּׁ֛ים SDBH fifty שֶׁ֥קֶל SDBH shekels כֶּ֖סֶף SDBH of silver בְּשֶׁ֥קֶל SDBH shekel הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃ SDBH according to the sanctuary

And thy evaluation shall be of the zachar from esrim shanim even unto shishim shanah, even thy evaluation shall be fifty shekels kesef, after the shekel HaKodesh.

וְאִם־ SDBH Or if נְקֵבָ֖ה SDBH is a female הִ֑וא SDBH it וְהָיָ֥ה shall be עֶרְכְּךָ֖ SDBH then your valuation שְׁלֹשִׁ֥ים SDBH thirty שָֽׁקֶל׃ SDBH shekels

And if it be a nekevah, then thy evaluation shall be shloshim shekel.

5

וְאִ֨ם SDBH And if [the person is] מִבֶּן־ SDBH years of age חָמֵ֜שׁ SDBH from five שָׁנִ֗ים SDBH . . . וְעַד֙ SDBH to בֶּן־ SDBH . . . עֶשְׂרִ֣ים SDBH twenty שָׁנָ֔ה SDBH . . . וְהָיָ֧ה shall be עֶרְכְּךָ֛ SDBH then your valuation הַזָּכָ֖ר SDBH for the male עֶשְׂרִ֣ים SDBH twenty שְׁקָלִ֑ים SDBH shekels וְלַנְּקֵבָ֖ה SDBH and for the female עֲשֶׂ֥רֶת SDBH ten שְׁקָלִֽים׃ SDBH shekels

And if it be from chamesh shanim even unto esrim shanah, then thy evaluation shall be of the zachar esrim shekel, and for the nekevah aseret shekalim.

וְאִ֣ם SDBH Now if [the person is] מִבֶּן־ SDBH - חֹ֗דֶשׁ SDBH from one month וְעַד֙ SDBH to בֶּן־ SDBH . . . חָמֵ֣שׁ SDBH five שָׁנִ֔ים SDBH years of age וְהָיָ֤ה shall be עֶרְכְּךָ֙ SDBH then your valuation הַזָּכָ֔ר SDBH for the male חֲמִשָּׁ֥ה SDBH five שְׁקָלִ֖ים SDBH shekels כָּ֑סֶף SDBH of silver וְלַנְּקֵבָ֣ה SDBH and for the female עֶרְכְּךָ֔ SDBH - שְׁלֹ֥שֶׁת SDBH three שְׁקָלִ֖ים SDBH shekels כָּֽסֶף׃ SDBH of silver

And if it be from a month old even unto chamesh shanim, then thy evaluation shall be of the zachar chamishah shekalim kesef, and for the nekevah thy evaluation shall be shloshet shekalim kesef.

7

וְ֠אִם SDBH And if [the person is] מִבֶּן־ SDBH . . . שִׁשִּׁ֨ים SDBH sixty שָׁנָ֤ה SDBH years of age וָמַ֙עְלָה֙ SDBH or older אִם־ SDBH . . . זָכָ֔ר SDBH for the male וְהָיָ֣ה shall be עֶרְכְּךָ֔ SDBH then your valuation חֲמִשָּׁ֥ה SDBH fifteen עָשָׂ֖ר SDBH . . . שָׁ֑קֶל SDBH shekels וְלַנְּקֵבָ֖ה SDBH for the female עֲשָׂרָ֥ה SDBH and ten שְׁקָלִֽים׃ SDBH shekels

And if it be from shishim shanah and above, if it be a zachar, then thy evaluation shall be chamishah asar shekel, and for the nekevah asarah shekalim.

8

וְאִם־ SDBH But if מָ֥ךְ SDBH is too poor to pay הוּא֙ SDBH [the one making the vow] מֵֽעֶרְכֶּ֔ךָ SDBH the valuation וְהֶֽעֱמִידוֹ֙ SDBH he is to present [the person] לִפְנֵ֣י before הַכֹּהֵ֔ן SDBH the priest וְהֶעֱרִ֥יךְ SDBH shall set the value אֹת֖וֹ SDBH - הַכֹּהֵ֑ן SDBH [who] עַל־ according to פִּ֗י SDBH . . . אֲשֶׁ֤ר SDBH what תַּשִּׂיג֙ SDBH can afford יַ֣ד SDBH . . . הַנֹּדֵ֔ר SDBH the one making the vow יַעֲרִיכֶ֖נּוּ SDBH - הַכֹּהֵֽן׃ס SDBH -

But if he be poorer than thy evaluation, then he shall present himself before the kohen, and the kohen shall value him; according to the ability of the one who vowed the neder shall the kohen value him.

9

וְאִם־ SDBH If [he vows] בְּהֵמָ֔ה SDBH animal אֲשֶׁ֨ר SDBH that יַקְרִ֧יבוּ SDBH may be brought מִמֶּ֛נָּה an קָרְבָּ֖ן SDBH as an offering לַֽיהוָ֑ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi כֹּל֩ any אֲשֶׁ֨ר SDBH - יִתֵּ֥ן given מִמֶּ֛נּוּ such [animal] לַיהוָ֖ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi יִֽהְיֶה־ shall be קֹּֽדֶשׁ׃ SDBH holy

And if it be a behemah, whereof men bring a korban unto Hashem, all that any man giveth of such unto Hashem shall be kodesh.

10

לֹ֣א SDBH He must not יַחֲלִיפֶ֗נּוּ SDBH replace it וְלֹֽא־ SDBH . . . יָמִ֥יר SDBH or exchange it אֹת֛וֹ SDBH - ט֥וֹב SDBH either good בְּרָ֖ע SDBH for bad אוֹ־ SDBH or רַ֣ע SDBH bad בְּט֑וֹב SDBH for good וְאִם־ SDBH But if הָמֵ֨ר SDBH he does substitute יָמִ֤יר SDBH . . . בְּהֵמָה֙ SDBH one animal בִּבְהֵמָ֔ה SDBH for another וְהָֽיָה־ will be ה֥וּא SDBH both that animal וּתְמוּרָת֖וֹ SDBH and its substitute יִֽהְיֶה־ . . . קֹּֽדֶשׁ׃ SDBH holy

He shall not exchange it, nor substitute it, a tov for a rah, or rah for tov: and if he shall at all substitute behemah for behemah, then it and the substitute thereof shall be kodesh.

11

וְאִם֙ SDBH But if כָּל־ the vow involves any בְּהֵמָ֣ה SDBH animals טְמֵאָ֔ה SDBH of the unclean אֲ֠שֶׁר SDBH that לֹא־ SDBH may not יַקְרִ֧יבוּ SDBH be brought מִמֶּ֛נָּה . . . קָרְבָּ֖ן SDBH as an offering לַֽיהוָ֑ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi וְהֶֽעֱמִ֥יד SDBH must be presented אֶת־ SDBH - הַבְּהֵמָ֖ה SDBH the animal לִפְנֵ֥י before הַכֹּהֵֽן׃ SDBH the priest

And if it be any behemah temeiah, of which they do not offer a korban unto Hashem, then he shall present the behemah before the kohen;

12

וְהֶעֱרִ֤יךְ SDBH shall set its value הַכֹּהֵן֙ SDBH The priest אֹתָ֔הּ SDBH - בֵּ֥ין SDBH - ט֖וֹב SDBH whether high וּבֵ֣ין SDBH . . . רָ֑ע SDBH or low כְּעֶרְכְּךָ֥ SDBH values it הַכֹּהֵ֖ן SDBH as the priest כֵּ֥ן SDBH the price יִהְיֶֽה׃ will be set

And the kohen shall value it, whether it be tov or rah; as thou valuest it, who art the kohen, so shall it be.

13

וְאִם־ SDBH If, however, [the owner] גָּאֹ֖ל SDBH decides to redeem [the animal] יִגְאָלֶ֑נָּה SDBH . . . וְיָסַ֥ף SDBH he must add חֲמִישִׁת֖וֹ SDBH a fifth עַל־ to עֶרְכֶּֽךָ׃ SDBH its value

But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add chamishto (a fifth part thereof) unto thy evaluation.

14

וְאִ֗ישׁ SDBH a man כִּֽי־ Now if יַקְדִּ֨שׁ SDBH consecrates אֶת־ SDBH - בֵּית֥וֹ SDBH his house קֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ SDBH as holy לַֽיהוָ֔ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi וְהֶעֱרִיכוֹ֙ SDBH shall value it הַכֹּהֵ֔ן SDBH then the priest בֵּ֥ין SDBH either as ט֖וֹב SDBH good וּבֵ֣ין SDBH or רָ֑ע SDBH bad כַּאֲשֶׁ֨ר SDBH just as יַעֲרִ֥יךְ SDBH values אֹת֛וֹ SDBH it הַכֹּהֵ֖ן SDBH the priest כֵּ֥ן SDBH . . . יָקֽוּם׃ SDBH The price will stand

And when a man shall set apart as kodesh his bais to be kodesh unto Hashem, then the kohen shall evaluate it, whether it be tov or rah; as the kohen shall set the value of it, so shall it remain.

15

וְאִ֨ם־ SDBH But if הַמַּקְדִּ֔ישׁ SDBH he who consecrated יִגְאַ֖ל SDBH redeems אֶת־ SDBH it בֵּית֑וֹ SDBH his house וְ֠יָסַף SDBH he must add חֲמִישִׁ֧ית SDBH a fifth כֶּֽסֶף־ SDBH value עֶרְכְּךָ֛ SDBH the assessed עָלָ֖יו to וְהָ֥יָה and it will belong לֽוֹ׃ to him

And if he that set it apart as kodesh will redeem his bais, then he shall add the fifth part of the kesef of thy evaluation unto it, and it shall be his.

16

וְאִ֣ם׀ SDBH If מִשְּׂדֵ֣ה SDBH a parcel אֲחֻזָּת֗וֹ SDBH of his land יַקְדִּ֥ישׁ SDBH consecrates אִישׁ֙ SDBH a man לַֽיהוָ֔ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi וְהָיָ֥ה shall be עֶרְכְּךָ֖ SDBH then your valuation לְפִ֣י SDBH proportional זַרְע֑וֹ SDBH to the seed required for it זֶ֚רַע SDBH seed חֹ֣מֶר SDBH for every homer שְׂעֹרִ֔ים SDBH of barley בַּחֲמִשִּׁ֖ים SDBH fifty שֶׁ֥קֶל SDBH shekels כָּֽסֶף׃ SDBH of silver

And if a man shall set apart as kodesh unto Hashem some part of a sadeh of his possession, then thy evaluation shall be according to its seeding; an area seeded by a homer of barley shall be valued at chamishim shekel kesef.

17

אִם־ SDBH If מִשְּׁנַ֥ת SDBH during the Year הַיֹּבֵ֖ל SDBH of Jubilee יַקְדִּ֣ישׁ SDBH he consecrates שָׂדֵ֑הוּ SDBH his field כְּעֶרְכְּךָ֖ SDBH according to your valuation יָקֽוּם׃ SDBH the price will stand

If he set apart as kodesh his sadeh from the Shnat HaYovel, according to thy evaluation it shall remain.

18

וְאִם־ SDBH But if אַחַ֣ר SDBH after הַיֹּבֵל֮ SDBH the Jubilee יַקְדִּ֣ישׁ SDBH he consecrates שָׂדֵהוּ֒ SDBH his field וְחִשַּׁב־ SDBH is to calculate ל֨וֹ הַכֹּהֵ֜ן SDBH the priest אֶת־ SDBH - הַכֶּ֗סֶף SDBH the price עַל־ in proportion to פִּ֤י SDBH . . . הַשָּׁנִים֙ SDBH the years הַנּ֣וֹתָרֹ֔ת SDBH left עַ֖ד SDBH until שְׁנַ֣ת SDBH the next Year הַיֹּבֵ֑ל SDBH of Jubilee וְנִגְרַ֖ע SDBH will be reduced מֵֽעֶרְכֶּֽךָ׃ SDBH so that your valuation

But if he set apart as kodesh his sadeh after the Yovel, then the kohen shall reckon unto him the kesef according to the shanim that remain, even unto the Shnat HaYovel, and it shall be deducted from thy evaluation.

19

וְאִם־ SDBH And if גָּאֹ֤ל SDBH decides to redeem it יִגְאַל֙ SDBH . . . אֶת־ SDBH - הַשָּׂדֶ֔ה SDBH the field הַמַּקְדִּ֖ישׁ SDBH the one who consecrated אֹת֑וֹ SDBH - וְ֠יָסַף SDBH he must add חֲמִשִׁ֧ית SDBH a fifth כֶּֽסֶף־ SDBH value עֶרְכְּךָ֛ SDBH the assessed עָלָ֖יו to וְקָ֥ם SDBH and it shall belong לֽוֹ׃ to him

And if he that set apart as kodesh the sadeh will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the kesef of thy evaluation unto it, and it shall be his.

20

וְאִם־ SDBH If, however לֹ֤א SDBH he does not יִגְאַל֙ SDBH redeem אֶת־ SDBH - הַשָּׂדֶ֔ה SDBH the field וְאִם־ SDBH or if מָכַ֥ר SDBH he has sold אֶת־ SDBH - הַשָּׂדֶ֖ה SDBH it לְאִ֣ישׁ SDBH man אַחֵ֑ר SDBH to another לֹ֥א SDBH it may no יִגָּאֵ֖ל SDBH be redeemed עֽוֹד׃ longer

And if he will not redeem the sadeh, or if he have sold the sadeh to ish achar (another man), it shall not be redeemed any more.

21

וְהָיָ֨ה it will become הַשָּׂדֶ֜ה SDBH When the field בְּצֵאת֣וֹ SDBH is released בַיֹּבֵ֗ל SDBH in the Jubilee קֹ֛דֶשׁ SDBH holy לַֽיהוָ֖ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi כִּשְׂדֵ֣ה SDBH like a field הַחֵ֑רֶם SDBH devoted לַכֹּהֵ֖ן SDBH of the priests תִּהְיֶ֥ה it becomes אֲחֻזָּתֽוֹ׃ SDBH the property

But the sadeh, when it is released in the Yovel, shall be kodesh unto Hashem, as a sadeh hacherem (devoted); the possession thereof shall be the kohen's.

22

וְאִם֙ SDBH Now if אֶת־ SDBH שְׂדֵ֣ה SDBH a field מִקְנָת֔וֹ SDBH he has purchased אֲשֶׁ֕ר SDBH which לֹ֖א SDBH is not מִשְּׂדֵ֣ה SDBH a part אֲחֻזָּת֑וֹ SDBH of his own property יַקְדִּ֖ישׁ SDBH [a man] consecrates לַֽיהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi

And if a man set apart as kodesh unto Hashem a sadeh which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession [i.e., ancestral heritage],

23

וְחִשַּׁב־ SDBH shall calculate ל֣וֹ הַכֹּהֵ֗ן SDBH then the priest אֵ֚ת SDBH - מִכְסַ֣ת SDBH for him the value הָֽעֶרְכְּךָ֔ SDBH . . . עַ֖ד SDBH up to שְׁנַ֣ת SDBH the Year הַיֹּבֵ֑ל SDBH of Jubilee וְנָתַ֤ן and [the man] shall pay אֶת־ SDBH - הָעֶרְכְּךָ֙ SDBH the assessed value בַּיּ֣וֹם SDBH day הַה֔וּא SDBH on that קֹ֖דֶשׁ SDBH as a sacred offering לַיהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi

Then the kohen shall reckon unto him the worth of thy evaluation, even unto the Shnat HaYovel: and he shall give thine evaluation in that day, as kodesh unto Hashem.

24

בִּשְׁנַ֤ת SDBH In the Year הַיּוֹבֵל֙ SDBH of Jubilee יָשׁ֣וּב SDBH shall return הַשָּׂדֶ֔ה SDBH the field לַאֲשֶׁ֥ר SDBH to the one from whom קָנָ֖הוּ SDBH it was bought מֵאִתּ֑וֹ SDBH . . . לַאֲשֶׁר־ SDBH - ל֖וֹ - אֲחֻזַּ֥ת SDBH the original owner הָאָֽרֶץ׃ SDBH of the land

In the Shnat HaYovel the sadeh shall return and revert unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the Achuzzat HaAretz (Ancestral Heritage of the Land) did belong.

25

וְכָל־ Every עֶרְכְּךָ֔ SDBH valuation יִהְיֶ֖ה will be בְּשֶׁ֣קֶל SDBH shekel הַקֹּ֑דֶשׁ SDBH according to the sanctuary עֶשְׂרִ֥ים SDBH twenty גֵּרָ֖ה SDBH gerahs יִהְיֶ֥ה . . . הַשָּֽׁקֶל׃ס SDBH to the shekel

And all thy evaluations shall be according to the shekel HaKodesh; twenty gerah shall be the shekel.

26

אַךְ־ SDBH But בְּכ֞וֹר SDBH a firstborn אֲשֶׁר־ SDBH because יְבֻכַּ֤ר SDBH a firstborn לַֽיהוָה֙ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi בִּבְהֵמָ֔ה SDBH of the livestock לֹֽא־ SDBH no יַקְדִּ֥ישׁ SDBH may consecrate אִ֖ישׁ SDBH one אֹת֑וֹ SDBH - אִם־ SDBH Whether [it is] שׁ֣וֹר SDBH an ox אִם־ SDBH or שֶׂ֔ה SDBH a sheep לַֽיהוָ֖ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi הֽוּא׃ SDBH it [is]

Only the bechor of the behemah, which should be Hashem's Bechor, no man shall set it apart as kodesh; whether it be shor (ox), or seh (sheep): it is Hashem's.

27

וְאִ֨ם SDBH But if בַּבְּהֵמָ֤ה SDBH animals הַטְּמֵאָה֙ SDBH [it is] among the unclean וּפָדָ֣ה SDBH then he may redeem בְעֶרְכֶּ֔ךָ SDBH it according to your valuation וְיָסַ֥ף SDBH and add חֲמִשִׁת֖וֹ SDBH a fifth עָלָ֑יו of its value וְאִם־ SDBH If לֹ֥א SDBH it is not יִגָּאֵ֖ל SDBH redeemed וְנִמְכַּ֥ר SDBH then it shall be sold בְּעֶרְכֶּֽךָ׃ SDBH according to your valuation

And if it be of a behemah hatemeiah, then he shall redeem it according to thine evaluation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto; or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy evaluation.

28

אַךְ־ SDBH - כָּל־ Nothing חֵ֡רֶם SDBH sets apart אֲשֶׁ֣ר SDBH that יַחֲרִם֩ SDBH . . . אִ֨ישׁ SDBH a man לַֽיהוָ֜ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi מִכָּל־ from all he owns אֲשֶׁר־ SDBH - ל֗וֹ מֵאָדָ֤ם SDBH whether a man וּבְהֵמָה֙ SDBH an animal וּמִשְּׂדֵ֣ה SDBH or his inherited land אֲחֻזָּת֔וֹ SDBH . . . לֹ֥א SDBH - יִמָּכֵ֖ר SDBH can be sold וְלֹ֣א SDBH . . . יִגָּאֵ֑ל SDBH or redeemed כָּל־ everything חֵ֕רֶם SDBH so devoted קֹֽדֶשׁ־ SDBH [is] most קָֽדָשִׁ֥ים SDBH holy ה֖וּא SDBH . . . לַיהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi

Nevertheless, no cherem (devoted thing), that a man shall devote unto Hashem of all that he hath, both of adam and behemah, and of the sadeh of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed; every cherem is kodesh kodashim unto Hashem.

29

כָּל־ No חֵ֗רֶם SDBH . . . אֲשֶׁ֧ר SDBH - יָחֳרַ֛ם SDBH set apart for destruction מִן־ . . . הָאָדָ֖ם SDBH person לֹ֣א SDBH - יִפָּדֶ֑ה SDBH may be ransomed מ֖וֹת SDBH he must surely be put to death יוּמָֽת׃ SDBH . . .

No cherem, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.

30

וְכָל־ Thus any מַעְשַׂ֨ר SDBH tithe הָאָ֜רֶץ SDBH from the land מִזֶּ֤רַע SDBH [whether] from the seed הָאָ֙רֶץ֙ SDBH of the land מִפְּרִ֣י SDBH or the fruit הָעֵ֔ץ SDBH of the trees לַיהוָ֖ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi ה֑וּא SDBH it קֹ֖דֶשׁ SDBH is holy לַֽיהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi

And all the ma'aser HaAretz (tithe of the Land), whether of the zera HaAretz, or of the pri HaEtz, is Hashem's; it is kodesh unto Hashem.

31

וְאִם־ SDBH If גָּאֹ֥ל SDBH wishes יִגְאַ֛ל SDBH to redeem אִ֖ישׁ SDBH a man מִמַּֽעַשְׂר֑וֹ SDBH part of his tithe חֲמִשִׁית֖וֹ SDBH a fifth יֹסֵ֥ף SDBH he must add עָלָֽיו׃ to its value

And if a man will at all redeem ought of his ma'asor (tithes), he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.

32

וְכָל־ Every מַעְשַׂ֤ר SDBH tenth בָּקָר֙ SDBH animal from the herd וָצֹ֔אן SDBH or flock כֹּ֥ל . . . אֲשֶׁר־ SDBH that יַעֲבֹ֖ר SDBH passes תַּ֣חַת SDBH under הַשָּׁ֑בֶט SDBH the shepherd’s rod הָֽעֲשִׂירִ֕י SDBH . . . יִֽהְיֶה־ will be קֹּ֖דֶשׁ SDBH holy לַֽיהוָֽה׃ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi

And concerning the ma'aser of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be kodesh unto Hashem.

33

לֹ֧א SDBH He must not יְבַקֵּ֛ר SDBH inspect בֵּֽין־ SDBH or ט֥וֹב SDBH whether it is good לָרַ֖ע SDBH bad וְלֹ֣א SDBH and he shall not יְמִירֶ֑נּוּ SDBH make any substitution וְאִם־ SDBH But if הָמֵ֣ר SDBH he does make a substitution יְמִירֶ֔נּוּ SDBH . . . וְהָֽיָה־ shall become ה֧וּא SDBH both the animal וּתְמוּרָת֛וֹ SDBH and its substitute יִֽהְיֶה־ . . . קֹ֖דֶשׁ SDBH holy לֹ֥א SDBH they cannot יִגָּאֵֽל׃ SDBH be redeemed

He shall not search whether it be tov or rah, neither shall he change it; and if he substitute it at all, then both it and the substitute thereof shall be kodesh; it shall not be redeemed.

אֵ֣לֶּה SDBH These הַמִּצְוֺ֗ת SDBH are the commandments אֲשֶׁ֨ר SDBH that צִוָּ֧ה SDBH gave יְהוָ֛ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi אֶת־ SDBH - מֹשֶׁ֖ה SDBH to Moses אֶל־ for בְּנֵ֣י SDBH the Israelites יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל SDBH . . . בְּהַ֖ר SDBH on Mount סִינָֽי׃ SDBH Sinai

These are the mitzvot, which Hashem commanded Moshe for the Bnei Yisroel in Mt. Sinai.
