And this is the bracha, wherewith Moshe the Ish HaElohim blessed the Bnei Yisroel before moto (his death).

וַיֹּאמַ֗ר SDBH He said יְהוָ֞ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi מִסִּינַ֥י SDBH from Sinai בָּא֙ SDBH came וְזָרַ֤ח SDBH and dawned מִשֵּׂעִיר֙ SDBH from Seir לָ֔מוֹ upon us הוֹפִ֙יעַ֙ SDBH He shone forth מֵהַ֣ר SDBH from Mount פָּארָ֔ן SDBH Paran וְאָתָ֖ה SDBH and came מֵרִבְבֹ֣ת SDBH with myriads קֹ֑דֶשׁ SDBH of holy ones מִֽימִינ֕וֹ SDBH at His right hand אֵשְׁדָּת SDBH with flaming fire לָֽמוֹ׃
And he said, Hashem came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; He shined forth from Mt Paran, and He came with ten thousands of kodesh; from His right hand went a fiery law for them.
Yea, He loved the amim; kol kedoshav (all His holy ones) are in Thy hand: and they sat down at Thy feet; every one shall receive of Thy devarot.

תּוֹרָ֥ה SDBH the law צִוָּה־ SDBH gave לָ֖נוּ us מֹשֶׁ֑ה SDBH that Moses מוֹרָשָׁ֖ה SDBH the possession קְהִלַּ֥ת SDBH of the assembly יַעֲקֹֽב׃ SDBH of Jacob
Moshe charged us with a torah, even the morashah kehillat Ya'akov (heritage of the Congregation of Ya'akov).

וַיְהִ֥י So [the LORD] became בִישֻׁר֖וּן SDBH in Jeshurun מֶ֑לֶךְ SDBH King בְּהִתְאַסֵּף֙ SDBH gathered רָ֣אשֵׁי SDBH when the leaders עָ֔ם SDBH of the people יַ֖חַד SDBH [came] together שִׁבְטֵ֥י SDBH when the tribes יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ SDBH of Israel
And He was Melech in Yeshurun, when the Rashei Am and the Shivtei Yisroel were gathered together.
Let Reuven live, and not die; and let not his men be few.
7
וְזֹ֣את SDBH And לִֽיהוּדָה֮ SDBH concerning Judah וַיֹּאמַר֒ SDBH he said שְׁמַ֤ע SDBH hear יְהוָה֙ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi ק֣וֹל SDBH the cry יְהוּדָ֔ה SDBH of Judah וְאֶל־ to עַמּ֖וֹ SDBH his people תְּבִיאֶ֑נּוּ SDBH and bring him יָדָיו֙ SDBH With his own hands רָ֣ב SDBH he defends his cause ל֔וֹ . . . וְעֵ֥זֶר SDBH a help מִצָּרָ֖יו SDBH against his foes תִּהְיֶֽה׃ס but may You be
And this to Yehudah: and he said, Shema, Hashem, the voice of Yehudah, and bring him unto his people; let his hands contend for him; and be Thou an ezer (help) to him from his enemies.
And of Levi he said, Let Thy Tummim and Thy Urim be with Thy chasid, whom Thou didst prove at Massah, and with whom Thou didst strive at the waters of Merivah;
Who said unto his av and to his em, I have not seen him; neither did he acknowledge his brethren, nor knew his own banim; for they [Levi'im] have been shomer over Thy word, and Thy Brit they have preserved.
They shall teach Ya'akov Thy mishpatim, and Yisroel Thy torah; they shall put ketorah before Thee, and kalil (whole burnt offerings) upon Thine mizbe'ach.

בָּרֵ֤ךְ SDBH Bless יְהוָה֙ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi חֵיל֔וֹ SDBH his substance וּפֹ֥עַל SDBH the work יָדָ֖יו SDBH of his hands תִּרְצֶ֑ה SDBH and accept מְחַ֨ץ SDBH Smash מָתְנַ֧יִם SDBH the loins קָמָ֛יו SDBH of those who rise against him וּמְשַׂנְאָ֖יו SDBH and of his foes מִן־ so they can יְקוּמֽוּן׃ס SDBH rise [no more]
Bless, O Hashem, his resources, and accept the work of his hands; strike through the loins of them that rise against him, and of them that hate him, that they rise not again.
And of Binyamin he said, Yedid Hashem shall dwell in safety by Him; and Hashem shall hover over him all day long, and he (Yedid Hashem, beloved of Hashem) shall rest between His shoulders.

וּלְיוֹסֵ֣ף SDBH Concerning Joseph אָמַ֔ר SDBH he said מְבֹרֶ֥כֶת SDBH be blessed יְהֹוָ֖ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi אַרְצ֑וֹ SDBH May his land מִמֶּ֤גֶד SDBH with the precious שָׁמַ֙יִם֙ SDBH from heaven above מִטָּ֔ל SDBH dew וּמִתְּה֖וֹם SDBH and the deep waters רֹבֶ֥צֶת SDBH that lie תָּֽחַת׃ SDBH beneath
And of Yosef he said, Mevorekhet Hashem (Blessed of Hashem) be his land, for the precious things of Shomayim, for the tal, and for the tehom (deep waters) that coucheth below,

With the choice fruits brought forth by the shemesh, and choice crops put forth by the yarei'ach,
15
וּמֵרֹ֖אשׁ SDBH with the best הַרְרֵי־ SDBH mountains קֶ֑דֶם SDBH of the ancient וּמִמֶּ֖גֶד SDBH and the bounty גִּבְע֥וֹת SDBH hills עוֹלָֽם׃ SDBH of the everlasting
And with the choicest of the harrei kedem (eternal mountains), and for the precious things of the everlasting hills,
16
וּמִמֶּ֗גֶד SDBH with the choice gifts אֶ֚רֶץ SDBH of the land וּמְלֹאָ֔הּ SDBH and everything in it וּרְצ֥וֹן SDBH and with the favor שֹׁכְנִ֖י SDBH of Him who dwelt סְנֶ֑ה SDBH in the burning bush תָּב֙וֹאתָה֙ SDBH May these rest לְרֹ֣אשׁ SDBH on the head יוֹסֵ֔ף SDBH of Joseph וּלְקָדְקֹ֖ד SDBH and crown the brow נְזִ֥יר SDBH of the prince אֶחָֽיו׃ SDBH of his brothers
And for the precious things of ha'aretz and fulness thereof, and for the good will of Him whose [shechinah] dwelling is in the [burning] bush; let the blessing come upon the head of Yosef, and upon the top of the head of him that was separated from his brethren.
17
בְּכ֨וֹר SDBH a firstborn שׁוֹר֜וֹ SDBH bull הָדָ֣ר SDBH majesty [is like] ל֗וֹ His וְקַרְנֵ֤י SDBH and his horns רְאֵם֙ SDBH of a wild ox קַרְנָ֔יו SDBH are like those בָּהֶ֗ם עַמִּ֛ים SDBH the nations יְנַגַּ֥ח SDBH With them he will gore יַחְדָּ֖ו SDBH . . . אַפְסֵי־ SDBH even to the ends אָ֑רֶץ SDBH of the earth וְהֵם֙ SDBH Such רִבְב֣וֹת SDBH are the myriads אֶפְרַ֔יִם SDBH of Ephraim וְהֵ֖ם SDBH and such אַלְפֵ֥י SDBH are the thousands מְנַשֶּֽׁה׃ס SDBH of Manasseh
His glory is like the bechor of his shor, and his horns are like the horns of a wild ox; with them he shall push the people together to the ends of ha'aretz; and they are the ten thousands of Ephrayim, and they are the thousands of Menasheh.
And of Zevulun he said, Rejoice, Zevulun, in thy going out; and, Yissakhar, in thy oholim.
19
עַמִּים֙ SDBH the peoples הַר־ SDBH to a mountain יִקְרָ֔אוּ SDBH They will call שָׁ֖ם SDBH there יִזְבְּח֣וּ SDBH they will offer זִבְחֵי־ SDBH sacrifices צֶ֑דֶק SDBH of righteousness כִּ֣י For שֶׁ֤פַע SDBH the abundance יַמִּים֙ SDBH of the seas יִינָ֔קוּ SDBH they will feast on וּשְׂפוּנֵ֖י SDBH and the hidden טְמ֥וּנֵי SDBH treasures חֽוֹל׃ס SDBH of the sand
They shall call the people unto the mountain; there they shall offer zivkhei tzedek; for they shall draw out of the abundance of the seas, and of treasures hid in the sand.
20
וּלְגָ֣ד SDBH Concerning Gad אָמַ֔ר SDBH he said בָּר֖וּךְ SDBH Blessed [is] מַרְחִ֣יב SDBH he who enlarges גָּ֑ד SDBH [the domain of] Gad כְּלָבִ֣יא SDBH like a lion שָׁכֵ֔ן SDBH He lies down וְטָרַ֥ף SDBH and tears off זְר֖וֹעַ SDBH an arm אַף־ SDBH or קָדְקֹֽד׃ SDBH a head
And of Gad he said, Baruch be he that enlargeth Gad; he dwelleth as a lion, and teareth the zero'a as well as the crown of the head.
21
וַיַּ֤רְא SDBH He chose רֵאשִׁית֙ SDBH the best [land] ל֔וֹ for himself כִּי־ because שָׁ֛ם SDBH there חֶלְקַ֥ת SDBH portion מְחֹקֵ֖ק SDBH a ruler’s סָפ֑וּן SDBH was reserved for him וַיֵּתֵא֙ SDBH He came רָ֣אשֵׁי SDBH with the leaders עָ֔ם SDBH of the people צִדְקַ֤ת SDBH justice יְהוָה֙ SDBH Hashem/Adonoi עָשָׂ֔ה SDBH he administered וּמִשְׁפָּטָ֖יו SDBH and His ordinances עִם־ for יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ס SDBH Israel
And he provided the reshit for himself, when the chelkat mechokek (lawgiver's chelek) was assigned. When the Rashei Am came, he executed the Tzidkat Hashem, and His mishpatim with Yisroel.
And of Dan he said, Dan is a gur aryeh (lion's whelp); he shall leap from Bashan.
23
וּלְנַפְתָּלִ֣י SDBH Concerning Naphtali אָמַ֔ר SDBH he said נַפְתָּלִי֙ SDBH Naphtali שְׂבַ֣ע SDBH is abounding רָצ֔וֹן SDBH with favor וּמָלֵ֖א SDBH full בִּרְכַּ֣ת SDBH of the blessing יְהוָ֑ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi יָ֥ם SDBH of the sea וְדָר֖וֹם SDBH and the south יְרָֽשָׁה׃ס SDBH he shall take possession
And of Naphtali he said, O Naphtali, satisfied with ratzon, and full with the Birkat Hashem; possess thou the west and the south.
24
וּלְאָשֵׁ֣ר SDBH And concerning Asher אָמַ֔ר SDBH he said בָּר֥וּךְ SDBH be the most blessed מִבָּנִ֖ים SDBH of sons אָשֵׁ֑ר SDBH May Asher יְהִ֤י may he be רְצוּי֙ SDBH the most favored אֶחָ֔יו SDBH among his brothers וְטֹבֵ֥ל SDBH and dip בַּשֶּׁ֖מֶן SDBH in oil רַגְלֽוֹ׃ SDBH his foot
And of Asher he said, Baruch be Asher with banim; let him be acceptable to his brethren, and let him tovel (dip, immerse as in tevilah) his foot in shemen.
25
בַּרְזֶ֥ל SDBH be iron וּנְחֹ֖שֶׁת SDBH and bronze מִנְעָלֶ֑יךָ SDBH May the bolts of your gate וּכְיָמֶ֖יךָ SDBH match your days דָּבְאֶֽךָ׃ SDBH and may your strength
Thy bars shall be barzel (iron) and nechoshet (bronze); and as thy yamim, so shall thy strength be.
26
אֵ֥ין SDBH There is none כָּאֵ֖ל SDBH like the G-d יְשֻׁר֑וּן SDBH of Jeshurun רֹכֵ֤ב SDBH who rides שָׁמַ֙יִם֙ SDBH the heavens בְעֶזְרֶ֔ךָ SDBH to your aid וּבְגַאֲוָת֖וֹ SDBH in His majesty שְׁחָקִֽים׃ SDBH and the clouds
There is none like unto El Yeshurun, who rideth upon Shomayim to be thy ezer (help), and on the sky in His majesty.
27
מְעֹנָה֙ SDBH is your dwelling place אֱלֹ֣הֵי SDBH G-d קֶ֔דֶם SDBH The eternal וּמִתַּ֖חַת SDBH and underneath זְרֹעֹ֣ת SDBH arms עוֹלָ֑ם SDBH are the everlasting וַיְגָ֧רֶשׁ SDBH He drives out מִפָּנֶ֛יךָ before you אוֹיֵ֖ב SDBH the enemy וַיֹּ֥אמֶר SDBH giving the command הַשְׁמֵֽד׃ SDBH Destroy [him]
Elohei Kedem is thy me'onah (dwelling place), and underneath are the Zero'ot Olam (Everlasting Arms): and He shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Make them shmad.
Yisroel then shall dwell in safety alone; the fountain of Ya'akov shall be upon an eretz dagan (land of grain) and tirosh (new wine); also His heavens shall drop down tal.
29
אַשְׁרֶ֨יךָ SDBH Blessed [are] you יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל SDBH O Israel מִ֣י SDBH Who כָמ֗וֹךָ SDBH is like you עַ֚ם SDBH a people נוֹשַׁ֣ע SDBH saved בַּֽיהוָ֔ה SDBH Hashem/Adonoi מָגֵ֣ן SDBH He is the shield עֶזְרֶ֔ךָ SDBH that protects you וַאֲשֶׁר־ SDBH - חֶ֖רֶב SDBH the sword גַּאֲוָתֶ֑ךָ SDBH in which you boast וְיִכָּֽחֲשׁ֤וּ SDBH will cower before you אֹיְבֶ֙יךָ֙ SDBH Your enemies לָ֔ךְ וְאַתָּ֖ה SDBH and you עַל־ בָּמוֹתֵ֥ימוֹ SDBH their high places תִדְרֹֽךְ׃ס SDBH shall trample
Happy art thou, O Yisroel; who is like unto thee, O people saved by Hashem, the mogen of thy ezer and the cherev of thy majesty! Thine enemies shall come fawning unto thee; and thou shalt trample down their high places.
